this "new" fighter will be in grey plastic! it also looks that 2 kind of low-vis scheme decal included, and NOT printed by cartograf...the instruction printed in 2 colors(grey and black)? not good at Japanese...there are some "treasure" within the box too, I guess it'll be some drawing script or so.

but the hasegawa parts don't seem to be "ease of modeling " IMHO, why doesn't hasegawa just provide 2 complete tail fins, that should be a more reasonable way I think can't understand those japanese sometime...

I see every VF-1 toy and most plastic models go "one on another" way(crossing type I call it)

but hasegawa VF-1 static model series seem to split the tail wing into upper and lower halves, then they become a "x" type(see hasegawa super/strike valk parts U10 and U13)

I have no idea whether the armor will be released seperately or bundled together with the VF-1J, but if I was a gambling man, I'd bet all my money that it will come bundled.

I'm pretty sure the VF-1J can transform. If you read the card, it mentions '3' something, so I'm guessing that it says 'can transform into 3 modes' in Japanese.

Yes, it's a bundle (because otherwise it would have read GBP armour instead of Armoured Valkyrie). Yes, the underlying 1J should be transformable. Yes, it's going to be frickin' expensive ('cos they haven't decided on the price yet..). And yes, it's going to release next year, which gives us some time to save up.

Lucky I didn't get the 1/60 Super-1J previously...
