    WTF? 6 pages later and there's still no solid concrete new info.  Did this Alex receive the C&D letter back then or just recently?

    Alex told me about this on Saturday April 10th, 2004.

    Did he tell you when he received the C&D letter? For all we know he could be recalling ancient history when the first 1/60 Yamatos came out.

    Jolly Rogers, please stop coming at me with the cross examination.

    I don't think he would just out of the blue dig up 2 year old history in reply to a

    question of "So, What's New?"

    I posted Alex's email address back on Page 5.

    If it's really that much of a concern for you, then email him.

    If he did in fact receive a Cease and Desist, the only people it's going to directly affect are the MW Members who buy merchandise from him at F&S.

    And that is why I posted it in the "Where to Buy" forum. I had no intention of blowing it up here on the Toy Page.

    Please understand I am not calling the MW member who brought this to our attention a liar.  However, it is possible he was given faulty information.

    Like I said back on Page 4 of this Thread,

    I in no way claimed it as fact, I was just quoting what the Proprietor of Little Anime Shop told me First Hand. If there was any "Faulty" info, it came from him.

    I posted an inquiry in a less popular thread in the "Where to Buy Section"

    Frank & Sons Thread because I wanted to know if any of the F&S regulars had talked to the dude since I heard that tidbit from him. His booth was closed over this past weekend which prompted me to inquire. Check that other thread, another MW member was there and overheard my conversation with him.

    I happened to mention this tidbit in a post in the Franks & Sons weekly report in the "Where To Buy" Forum because I know that a lot of the MW members who post there go to Frank & Sons regularly and some talk to that dude on a regular basis.

    I was curious to see if anyone had talked to Alex of Little Anime Shop RECENTLY (since the 3 weeks ago when he told me about the C&D) because his booth was closed when I was there this past Saturday.

    I in no way claimed it as fact. I was simply trying to quote what he had told me.

    So it wasn't a friend of a friend, it was a Toy Dealer to a MW member.

    Oh and he hasn't posted here on MW since this thread back in November.

I double up on releases for the MIB.

    I hear ya though, I used to go to F&S every Wednesday when I worked in L.A. but I'm down to about every 2 weeks now.

    Got my boxset on Saturday.

    In addition to parts that Solscud previously mentioned,

    the anime scene by Production I.G. was also a different cut than the American Theatrical Release.

    Extra frames of O-Ren's dad slamming a dude's face into the wall, and more violent and bloody scenes of O-Ren impaling Boss Matsumoto.

    What's kinda funny about this boxset is, if you put the DVD in the Jumpsuit case and open the shirt, the Hanzo Sword and Kubrick, there's really nothing left to keep in the big Box.

    Guess we'll have to wait and see if Vol. 2 gets the same treatment as this one.

    Otherwise I'm putting Vol 2 in box with Vol 1.

    Do you guys remember the episode where the Autobots pretended to be the Stunticons?

    Prime, Jazz, Sideswipe, Windcharger and Mirage disguised themselves.

    What was funny was when Megatron wanted them to combine to form Menasor to prove who was real and who was fake, the Autobots did it using Windchargers magnetic abilties :lol:

    They kept it up until the real Menasor punched them in the chest and they fell apart.

    Well if the Decpticons are gonna be based off the Stunticons,

    then this is what they were in G1:

    Motormaster - A Truck like Optimus Prime

    Dead End - Porsche

    Breakdown - Lamborghini

    Wildrider - Ferrari

    Drag Strip - Formula 1

    Going by counterparts, Breakdown was a Lamboghini like Sideswipe who is now a Viper. And Jazz was a Porsche who is now going to be an RX-8.

    They should have made Breakdown the Viper and Dead End an RX-8
