From Twitter. According to the OP, he didn't apply any force and it just snapped. He said it felt like some molding defect.

So it looks like Sentinel really neglected that swivel bar. 4 models in, it's still the same issue.

could someone not remake/mould/machine this part out of metal?

  2. Okay... so I have put in a preorder at BBTS and at ami ami. (im sure I can cancel one of those when the time comes)
just not sure which would be cheaper...

So I have till April to get the scratch together to afford it 😢 lets hope I can by then otherwise will have to cancel both

Anyone know what shipping might be from Japan (HLJ) to South Africa??

last time I bought a mospeada from Big Bad Toystore... took way longer but was far cheaper.

Theyre for 3d prints. Printable at any scale I hope as I need Gurabs at Regult scale.

But so far he hasnt adequately responded, so I'm going to try Miriya models.

AHHH... okay touché... the pictures you first put up were 3D renders... so I apologize

I keep seeing you looking for these with no success. What are the chances that someone is going to give those parts up? My guess is almost zero. Even if they don't use them they want them in case they sell the toy.

Why not design a base from scratch and have it 3D printed? You could get a better looking base to your exact specifications, you could get as many as you want, it probably wouldn't cost much more than if someone were to sell you those parts and most importantly it can actually happen.:pardon:

That would be stupid simple to design.

That is a route I can consider, I have a friend with a 3D printer, but I'm just worried that it wont turn out as well.
Guess... I wont know till i try

Find the toy it comes with, buy it, keep the stand and sell the toy.

hmmm...if only I could afford to do that :D (the figure it comes with is like a deluxe thing, so pretty spensive)

  5. I am still looking for a place or a way to get the pieces that clip on around the Riobot base to make it the larger one (like in the image)

Anyone know where/how I could get or if someone willing to part with the extra pieces if they are not using them on another figure or something

Hello Friends, come and check out my new YouTube video MOSPEADA OPENING REMASTERED (Full HD)

It premieres in 9 hours. It will help me a lot if you share and like my video.

I really hope you enjoy it.

    Take care.

thats really cool! and I appreciate the effort that went into it.
my only comment (coming from a professional 3D animator standpoint) some of your animations need tightening up and a bit more snap to them.
otherwise AWESOME and well done :D

That kid logic statue is an even bigger abomination than the megahouse ride-armors!!

Obviously made by an American team with zero style or originality.

Their sdf-1 is quite respectable...shame that tried to get "creative" when it came to mospeada.

    100% F A I L

(out of curiosity) could you elaborate to what makes it a 100% fail in your books?

So yesterday I pulled the Riobot Legioss off the shelf (was in soldier/battroid mode) and decided to get it to go into fighter mode.
OMG it was a big hot mess of 'how in the heck do I move this to be over there' and 'there to here'.
Couldn't remember what position/slot the legs needed to be in for a tight compact fighter mode (I guessed wrong)
Now it is back in fighter mode, one side is a little bit droopier than the other(wings). The slightest touch and the arms disengage from their little slots.

I enjoy the sculpt, but I sure wish they could dial back the transformation complexity a bit.
Or just make the toy larger, as the pieces are so damn small. That could help a little when trying to figure out what goes where. This thing should not be 1/48 scale, in my opinion.
Wonder if anything will be improved on the next version.

they should have made it large enough to fit both the Riobot  Ride armour and the figure as the Pilot :D

guys, I'm looking to try and get the larger base parts for the Riobot bases (so the 4 pieces that clip in around the base that comes with the Ride armour) does anyone know where i could get or who I could buy them off of, or a forum I could ask in?

Doubtful. English has so many regional accents and dialects, no matter whether you accept UK or US phonetics as globally representative. One can say to-mei-to and another can say to-maa-to and all that.

He’s poking fun at US English, but the UK phonetics should be written kaa-key and not car-key.;) The “f” for veldt is not unheard of, just uncommon (unless you’ve been to South Africa).

ha ha... words in Afrikaans use "v" as a "f" but then again... alot of the words are strange in Afrikaans

all coming from the roots of a Dutch dialect
