That's the part that is on the back of the battroid. In the same scene which shows Chin's VF-0A in battroid mode with the Ghost attached, you can notice the two wingrootmounted missilepods on the back.

American distributors have to import them into the USA, and must pay taxes to do that. Since you buy them from them, and import them into Europe, you also have to pay taxes. It will cost you big time.
