  1. You will want to be very careful when using it. The 16 is a little bit like honey. It is the better solution, though because it has more solids in it than the lighter solvents. This means that it can fill gaps, which is good since the base pieces don't sit 100% flush. You could try the weld-on 4 acrylic solvent. It is a lot more like water, but may be more difficult to get a good bond.

I don't have access to Scigrip products. What do you think about using chloroform? (I'm probably sound like an idiot... but hehehe)

I read somewhere that with acrylic chips mixed chloroform is a good adhesive...

  2. Turns out I had some acrylic solvent on hand. :)

Here's a pic of the amazing YetiStand.

So we can fix the base pivot to the hexagonal base with acrylic solvent, right?

Could you please tell me which one I can get and use?

I'm a total stranger to these kind of stuff...

  3. Hmm, I don't want to sound like a d. but is it possible to consider a design change for the future? Maybe a turn and lock mechanism to secure the base pivot instead of a tight sit?

  5. One way to mount the gun with the missiles box deployed - keep one of the hands uncovered and grab the handle from the other side. Only the rubber gun hand work, and it is a bit of a tight fit.

    That's genius!
