9.07.07 - Macross 25th Anniversary Toys
To celebrate the 25th Anniversary of Macross, Yamato is releasing the 1/48 VF-1S and 1/60 YF-19 in black with gold trim. Pre-orders are up, so reserve yours today!
Macross Zero 1/60 SV-51 and Masterpiece MP-06 Skywarp arrive on Monday. The initial shortage of MP-06 Skywarp will not affect us. We were able to find extras to fulfill all pre-orders. Not sure yet if we will have any extra 1/60 SV-51 for in-stock purchase. If we are able to special order 1/60 SV-51, we will let everyone know.
We were able to locate some older Binaltechs recently! BT-05 Dead End, BT-10 Grimlock and BTA-02 Sunstreaker are available for purchase.
The remainder of our Encore Megatron shipment will be here next Tuesday. Once they arrive, the last of Encore pre-orders will be shipped out. Limited quantities of Encore Convoy, Encore Soundwave and Encore Starscream are now available for in-stock purchase. We are now accepting reservations for Encore Ironhide, Encore Ratchet and Encore 05-06 Sets.

8.30.07 - New Arrivals
Tele Beast Wars TM-12 Gimlet, Revoltech Eva-01 Movie Version, Revoltech Eva-00 Movie Version, Revoltech Positron Rifle and Shield as well as limited re-stock of 1/48 VF-1 Super & Strike Parts and 1/48 VF-1 Armor Parts are now in-stock! A majority of our Encore Transformers shipment has also arrived. Once Encore pre-orders are prepared, the remaining stock will be listed for sale.
Arriving soon is Macross Zero 1/60 SV-51 and Masterpiece MP-06 Skywarp. As you may have heard, there will be an initial shortage of MP-06 Skywarp. We are currently doing everything we can to ensure that pre-orders are fulfilled. At the moment it appears that we will not have addtional units for in-stock purchase.

The word from our suppliers is that there will be a huge shortage of Nike Free 7.0 Ultra Magnus. The shortage is so massive that we can only fulfill the first handful of pre-orders we received. Once our shipment is confirmed we will contact individuals whose reservations we will need to cancel. Sorry guys.

Pre-orders are now up for Encore 05 Ironhide, Encore 06 Ratchet and Music Label Blaster Black Soundwave (Soundblaster)! Along with Music Label Soundblaster, Takara-Tomy is producing another batch of Music Label Spark Blue Soundwave.
Due to the high demand of these figures with a December release date, we recommend that you place pre-orders as soon as possible.

8.22.07 - Shipment Delayed
We should expect our shipment of Encore Transformers to arrive Wednesday, August 29th. The delay has been attributed to the preparation of getting Encore Megatron modified for US Customs. Also arriving next week is Tele Beast Wars TM-12 Gimlet, Revoltech Eva-01 Movie Version, Revoltech Eva-00 Movie Version, Revoltech Positron Rifle and Shield as well as limited re-stock of 1/48 VF-1 Super & Strike Parts and 1/48 VF-1 Armor Parts. We will begin processing pre-orders for the above items on Monday, August 27th.

We are back from San Diego Comic-Con. Music Label Sonic White Soundwave, Music Label Frenzy & Rumble, Revoltech Dix-Neuf and Revoltech Getter 1 OVA Version are in-stock and shipping! We are sold out of Music Label Spark Blue Soundwave.
A solicitation for a Takara version of Hasbro's upcoming Masterpiece Starscream, a Walmart exclusive, arrived today. Apparently Masterpiece Starscream USA Edition will come in US packaging but may have different weathering and markings from the Hasbro release. We are now accepting reservations and once we find out more the listing will be updated.

I just added pre-orders for this guy. I have a feeling this will probably my favorite of the Revoltechs that I actually opened (Prime, Megatron, Magnus, Ingram 02, Griffon, & Mazinger). Mazinger is pretty sweet, but trying to get him to pose with some of the accessories can be a pain. The VF-1J looks pretty easy with the fast packs parts on or off.

Finally watched Disc 3 of Gunbuster last night. To be honest, I wasn't really into the first 2 discs but the last one was pretty cool.

It will be interesting to see how this movie turns out. A sports car loaded with weapons and AI doesn't really sound as cool as robots with AI, large human-piloted mecha or transforming aliens. No matter what, I will be going with my father to see it.

Not sure if you are going to the movies, but check out Alamo Drafthouse. I like the South Lamar location best.
If you like music you can check out who is playing at Stubb's. Club DeVille and The Velvet Spade are bars across the street. My other favorite music venues are Antones and La Zona Rosa. I am not hip on what is cool on 6th Street but I do like SpeakEasy and Cedar Street off 4th Street.
If Austin has been getting a bunch of rain I would go swimming down at the Greenbelt too!
