A couple years ago I met a guy who was extremely into wine, and over the course of one of our conversations I asked him at what price point one starts to hit diminishing returns on quality. He told me the story of a $500 bottle he bought to celebrate finishing his dissertation, and how disappointed he was when he finally opened it up. A fine bottle that simply could not live up to expectations
Here is my new (to me) PF VF-0S
The VF-0S is probably my favorite from the franchise (I like how you can see the skull and crossbones in all three modes), but for the amount of money I paid for this thing it simply could never have met my expectations. Even having read or watched all the reviews on it I could find. Also, I just realized that the seller didn't include the little sheet that had its serial number on it, which is making me weirdly sad.
And yet...
I still want to hunt down the regular release as a complement
