I do too! I will explain: We have had some growing pains and some decisions were made when the website was created that didn't benefit us. I was only a regular staff member when this happened and since then I was promoted to Store Manager. I aim for efficiency and streamlining our processes and thus, the eBay has been updated and inventoried. The website needs to be updated and we've also started offering free shipping on select items as of the last two weeks.

Hello everyone! I have not checked the forums in quite awhile and a lot has happened. I see we had a few folks who were rightfully disgruntled with some errors made and I hope I can clear up some stuff and give you guys some positive updates regarding the business and things that are happening moving forward. I was only just now able to access my account, I feel terrible knowing now that I had people trying to reach out to me here.

We actually do combine shipping! USPS might just be charging more if you live somewhere like the West Coast or Canada. I'm not able to be on here more often do to the sheer volume of work I have most of the time but I do want to assure you I want to improve our relations by hearing about things like this! Well I’ll tell ya now, I updated the store last night and will continue in the next two days, we’ve got some auctions up for second chances and some up for other series. I’ll be introducing more “unique” lots very soon.
