I had basically the same situation and resolved it by following the suggested ticket language and paying for UPS shipping. 

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how long is the pre-order window? Waiting for my cc statement to roll over on the 5th if I can...

You just have to keep bothering them. It took like 5 tickets and $120 extra dollars for UPS upgrade to get my order of 1x vf 1s and 2x armor from June 2019 (due in Dec) filled in July 2020. It's just a perfect storm of delays, waiting for re-release, and then pandemic crossed with bizarre Japanese customer service. They see no issue with not filling orders in the order received and flat out not shipping orders via cheaper shipping methods. I learned a valuable lesson. If you don't get a preorder the first night just buy on this forum or eBay for a happier stress free life. I had over $500 in thier hands for over a year so I had no recourse from cc or PayPal. If it had been in the time period to get a refund I would have nuked them and bought it here or eBay and paid the same amount basically. This whole experience has been rediculous. Sorry to everyone still waiting. I know how it feels and it feels bad.

NY emailed me and pretty much as others have said they are holding stuff hostage unless you upgrade to UPS at this point. 

So if you are tired of waiting pay the ransom for UPS and they will ship. If not they said honestly they wont ship anytime soon and the more you ordered the further back you are in the line for boat.

Dang. I'm afraid to ask because I have a previous dx and two ssp waiting there...I've been afraid to ask about upgrading to ups now my worst fears are confirmed.

I think its awesome that people want and or can afford extras. I'm just saying it feels bad to read about it when you are empty handed LOL...just dont rub it in too much have mercy on the losers club.

I'll be watching the sales forum here once they start rolling in for sure. I've gotten a couple of items from there and appreciate forum members hooking up each other without making maximum profit. If I didnt have about $600 tied up for a year at NY on the last release I'd be pm'ing on that package deal in the sales forum for sure. Sadly I doubt I can get my money back so I just have to hope that someday they mail my stuff...It would be a cool christmas surprise!

Man I was up on preorder night till 3 am and got nothing except cart jacked and sadness.
 

I got a couple of preorders for packs now, but damn it feels bad when you flaunt your 3 preorders for valks in our faces lol.

Does anyone have a direct email for someone at nippon yasan that can help get an order moving or at least explain what is going on?

I'm over a year now waiting on shipment and when I ask about alternative methods they list them, but never tell me how to get the order switched, then they just stop replying to further replies asking what to do to get things moving.

I'm still waiting on my hikaru preorder from last summer because I foolishly ordered fast packs with it. Now the items are just stuck with reference numbers but never shipping. 

Does calling help (is there english customer service?) or is that the same people as chat that tell you to send a ticket?

The reference numbers make me think they are in stock finally, but haven't shipped yet due to japan post closing due to covid. Maybe I'm mistaken and they dont have the items still.

Did the new run of misses go up for sale during all this covid nonsense and I missed it or are we still waiting?

NY assigned reference numbers to both parts of my order so the items are just waiting for shipping. Honestly it’s gonna be a year soon so what’s a few more months.

They said they cant ship it because japan post wont let them ship to the USA...

Me either, but I did email them yesterday to see whats up since its almost been a year since I ordered the plane and 2 sets of armor. They haven't shipped anything

I also have a NY order open since June of last year. I made the mistake of ordering my armor with the valk in one order. Then my armor got pushed from Dec to April. I expect it all to ship together in April.

I ordered 2 sets of armor with my 1S order so I suppose its all gonna ship sometime next year
