Some older fanart I did for vanilla SDF Macross a few years back. My references for the Valkyries were both taken directly from a cheap VF-1A Cannon Fodder model I got at a convention around 2004 or so. Meaning I just drew from observation and improvised the rest-Copics and pencil, all around. I think the Q-Rau is a little off scale, but I've improved since then.

Goddamnit! (Goshdarnit? PG version?) This is the first time I've followed an episode as closely as this. Just take it in stride! The pace is quickening, we've lost a Pixie pilot, but it's nothing to flinch too far from... just feel the ebb and flow of a well structured anime. The plot thickens... considerably, if you speak Japanese, or have attached the subs the instant they came out (much thanks to Kei) BTW, this is my first post, after lurking for the better part of 3 years. Needless speculation is really fun, I'll admit listening to all of your theories is amusing... but it's just speculation. Just waiting to see what happens is the true element of active viewing.
