Ah its cool man. I understand now.  For some reason I might actually like the VF-0 better than the VF-1....just looks more like a rugged fighter to me...which I like.  I love the addition of LERX, and the robot mode head is pretty menacing on the S.  The variants are pretty cool as well.  And while the VF-1 is all advanced and glitz, I love the feel of the VF-0..gives off the impression of being a warhorse.

I am with you, the VF-0 dose look the rugged fighter look. I will admit when I first saw it I fell in love with it. I love the design changes that has gone into it, but like you siad, "it gives off the impression of being a warhorse."

If anyone knows, just for info sake (if anyone flew in the service), what is the standard thing to do after a combat pilot lands?

I.E. are they supposed to be debriefed first, checked over by a medic, do they go over the condition of their plane on their own, write a report, etc?

I'm guessing there has to be a standard set of things to do. I know competitive boxers are required to be checked out by a doctor after each fight no matter how long the fight was and how lightly the guy got knocked around.

Just curious in general.

I have to admit I love the way the new Cylon fighters look.

The way Starbuck got in one a few shows back would defenitly explain that the ship are built and then the "mind/pilot" is parcially grown in the ship it self. or just the organic structure of it and the "conscience" is download as Boomer stated into them for a another Cylon.
