I guess 15,800 yen isn't that bad all things considered.

Considering that you can barely find one below this price, I think it is the new price range we should all get used to. After all, I do not know the exact reasons Yamato went out of business but perhaps Arcadia won't try to do the same mistakes, whatever they are

I found indeed theses website while searching through the forums. Theses are a great source of information. When your last transform toy was a Gakken 1/35 Blue Legioss 20 years ago and you were dreaming of a 1/55 Takatoku VF-1 as a kid, there is now a lot to catch-up... (Yamato V.1, V.2, super parts for the V 1.1 only, DYRL versions, TV version, ... without forgetting Bandai (I've not chosen any side yet :-) ! ). I almost bought a v1 VF-25 for the price of a renewal ... Fortunately, browsing around these sites and this forum, I became more educated. I still have to look around a lot and a lot to learn but step by step !

And since I was doing modeling as a kid, next objective is to find some time to restart again.

That's unfortunate that I can not browse the english version of mandarake at work, the firewall consider the site as "Adult Content"

But I still have access to the Japanese version of the site, which does not help at all ...

Or like some are doing in Warcraft, they buy all the ressources and dry the market so they can then name their prices ?
