I'll try to answer some common questions:

I believe the sheets are stainless steel but I cannot verify.

I cut them with tin-snips but the square-wave pattern will crush a little.

They might cut better with a dremel cut-off wheel.

I tried to take a close up for a comparison of the two patterns available.
