Vehicles will have to wait for a while, retailers are being hesistant to order some because the sigma 6 2.5" vehicles did not sell well.
Ya think that might be because the entire S6 line sucked major ass? Goofy looking figures with ridiculous vehicles. I used to have a ton of the early figures and vehicles, but when I looked as the S6 line I wasn't impressed with it. The earlier figures and vehicles were awesome and will probably fly off the shelves due to the eBay whores.

On the Classics Prime, was there a future trailer intended for him? His legs seem to have an attachment point for a trailer that it's the only reason I can think of for it.
-
I think it would be absolutely awesome if they got Brian Singer on board for the second movie (if they're making one).

Bye bye Windows?
Wow..... Freakin' amazing.

Those are hilarious!

Kawamori also designed for various Macross series.
NO...
WAY...

No more MP Prime's at the Walmart here (clearanced at $25) but the TRU still has a bunch at $90 each. I ain't paying that much for neutered smoke stacks.

Indeed.
Prime and Megatron were fairly iffy, but all the rest were pretty spiffy.
Though Grimlock's gun was kinda funky. Especially sticking up off his trunky.
You started out with a rhyme...

That BB looks WAAAAAY better than the first one that came out. Nice score!
The SS in the pics looks too good to pass up. Any idea as to how much that bad boy will be sold for?

even if we don't clearly see that he's a Transformer until sometime later.
The steering wheel didn't give it away? I thought that was the obvious sign.

Love it or hate it, this movie is making a lot of money and the theater I went to was packed solid. Went to see it a second time (with the wife this time) and it was just as good as the first time I went, only this time I found the S7 guy even more annoying.

just how did
Megatron die/get shutdown, anyway? Like Jazz's death, I was like, "what?"
Remember when Prime said
"if I can't defeat Megatron, I want you to put the Allspark in my chest so I can sacrifice myself to end this war" or something like that? Well, instead of killing Prime with the power of the Allspark, Sam decided to kill Megatron with it by holding it up to Meg's chest.

I thought the movie was good. I took my son to see it yesterday with my friend and his kid (who apparently doesn't know how to control the volume of his voice, GRRRRRR!). Here are my gripes:
1. $14 for two small popcorns and two small drinks! WTFrack is up with that crap?
2. After sitting through roughly 30 minutes of previews and commercials (when did commercials show up at a theater?) the movie starts, and there's no sound until
halfway through the conversation that all of the soldiers are having about remembering weekends.
3.
Jazz's anti-climactic death. It all seemed so unheroic and too fast.
4.
That giant cube collapsing on itself to become the size of a small UPS box (and it looked like cardboard when Sam was carrying it).
5.
The "nut-shot" from a human that took down a Decepticon (can't remember who it was) after being blasted a million times by the Autobots.
6.
Speaking of the nut shot, that dude should have shredded his spine with how long he slid on the concrete after falling off the motorcycle.
7. As mentioned, every time a new TF popped up on the screen, my friend's kid would say "that's a Decepticon" or "that's an Autobot" in a rather loud voice.
Despite those minor flaws, I still enjoyed the movie and I think the writers did a good job of making it somewhat believable. I'm going to see it again with my wife next time.

Obi Wan's limpsaber was the one that got me. Also the Bush/Cheney sticker was great.

That was hilarious. Family Guy has been pretty stale for a while now, but this brings some life back to it.

"What the hell is an Aluminum Falcon?"
"You got an ATM on that torso lightbrite?"
That was a great skit. Had me laughing pretty good.

LOOK AT THE RACK ON THAT ONE!!!!

First pic: "I'd bet you couldn't even get a porn star off!"
Second pic: "I didn't know we were having tacos tonight..."

Pretty neat puppet:

The only ones that I've been impressed with so far, are the Real Gear figures. We bought the cell phone and the Lazerbeak look alike today, and the only problem is that the cell phone's legs tend to pop off during transformation. However, they look pretty cool and they're only 7 bucks.

Wii bought Sonic with the core system and even though it's a lot of fun, we're playing the hell outta Wii Sports right now. That bowling game has us all addicted, and my 6yo son is kicking butt on it too. Can't wait for another job payment so I can get Zelda.

As a combiner!
A Predaking vs. Dinobot (as a combiner) would be pretty cool.

So why is it that the 20th Anniv. Prime has tiny nubs for smoke stakes and the new Prime has fully erect stakes? Did children suddenly become less likely to poke their eyes out?

S-WII-T! Snagged one from Wally World tonight. Every other place was out of them (both Targets, Best Buy, Circuit City, Gamestop, etc.). This little brat is getting a near $400 b-day gift and he's only 6.

Fat chance, since they only repaint whatever the current Prime figure is and call it Ultra Magnus. But who knows? Maybe someday they find a cure for their cerebral rectitus and actually give us fans what we want.
