    Hi everyone~! ;)

    I have a tip to evade from paying custom taxes in Malaysia (also can be applied to any nations worldwide)

    During my holiday in Malaysia, I ordered few toys through sellers from HK.

    The 1st shipment came and I have to pay quite some cash for em. Actually 10% of the value of the toys... <_<

    Then came my 2nd order but this time its from another seller. I have to praise him for doin a little trick in the shiment form. In the receipt that came along with the toys, he write down the items as GIFT and did not declare the value of the items.

    And after some interrogation with the customs officers, they let the items go for FREE~! :D - since i told them they're gifts sent by a friend in HK (luckily i looked through the receipt before meeting with the officers)

    And as for the 3rd shipment, i told the seller to do the same (as my 2nd shipment) beforehand. And guess what? The items arrived at my door step without having any troubles with the customs~! :D

    Hope this will be informative for you guys out there who have to deal with the hassle of paying taxes everytime you receive your shipment~! Tho its a risk for not declaring the value of your items, i have never experienced any loss or damaged packages with this method :D

    where the heck i am? I'm a martian that Bush has been talking about. Ken is using the newly developed HK rockets to send my items. Hope that they'll not land on my rooftop like my previous orders... :lol:

    Actually I'm from Malaysia but I'll be getting back to the States this 21st august to continue with my studies. So that's shipping to the US of course...minnesota to be exact....for 2 items.... <_<<_<<_<<_<<_<

    just an FYI incase anyone hasn't noticed, toy-wave has got a preorder special up for the koeing for $120 for the first 10 Mw'ers.  i believe i'm the 3rd.  :D

    nice!! how much will be the shipping for it though? I guess eve if it's 20, it'll still be under 150! :p:D:lol:

    Shipping thru EMS/Speed Post won't be cheap, but hey, that thing is heavy and will be roughly as much shipping if you EMS them from like HLJ. By regular mail is cheaper, but the chance that it is lost during shipment and wait weeks for it is something I'd rather not take. :rolleyes:

    But always buy insureance, even sent with EMS doesn't guarantee the parcel will be safe! Postmen in the Netherlands often act like third-world thugs and stole my last year's shipment of Valk-goodies. :angry:

    i just got my invoice from toy-wave and it comes to $159.50! :o:huh:

    that includes, air parcel shipping, insurance and the 4% paypal fee.

    what i don't get is, he wants me to pay for the item now, when its not coming out til november. :blink: i know Ken's a good guy but i'm certainly not willing to send anyone money in august for a product that might come out in november. :unsure: that just ain't right. end of september cool, middle of august not cool.

    This is what he says in my invoice..:

    Already received your order for

    Quantity: 2 Product: 1/100 VB-6 Koenig Monster Weight: About 2000g (each) Unit price: $ 120USD (each)

    Total cost will be

    (240 + 3 + 60.7)*4%(paypal) = 315.8USD

    Once received the payment will hold them for u and send out the items to u once released.

    I'm not too sure whether he means:

    i) pay him now and he'll hold the items for us :(

    ii) pay him when he ask for the money :)

    Hm..but the shipping seems to be overpriced is it? 60 usd...add another 20 and i could get an alpha <_<

    Oouww.....luckily got my vf-1s hikaru form tisinc...1st one has arrived...waiting for my 2nd one...too bad I have em shipped to my US address...i can only inspect em when I get back from Malaysia... :( heard some members had some difficulties dealing with this seller <_<:(:huh:

    and just in time when I was about to buy a Vf-11B fp...now im in dilemma...should i choose the skinny, sexy legged vf-11 or this shorty? <_<

    1/60 GBP on 1D Trainer

    Hi,

    I'm planning to buy a VF-1D trainer to put a GBP armor on it. However, I'm not sure whether the armor will fit in.. :unsure:

    I'm pretty sure someone else posted a pic. of this before (a 1D in GBP) but I couldn't find it anymore now.. <_<

    I'm seeking advice from more-experienced members about this matter.

    has any dealer got their MPC alphas? I saw tisinc started to sell em on ebay which ain't pre-orders...sorry if this doesn't belong here...but it helps to kill time while were waitin for other more interesting news update..VB-6, vf-0 etc-2..

    ok, cool stuff, but what's with the valks with no boosters on? They have the rest of the fast packs on, but no boosters?  :huh:

    hm...just dont want to risk breaking the BP8 parts...too much stress if they were posed in batroid mode with the booster packs on... ;) also, im leaving for the US by the end of this summer...so i will have to leave em in that pose for another 2 years...if I ever gonna get back to malaysia

    Hey dude, 2 years in US and leaving your valks all lonely at home in Malaysia? I don't mind safe-keeping them for you while you're gone. ;)

    And the poses....looks to me like pelvic thrusts gone wrong or something. lol! :lol:

    hahaha...OK, OK enuff making fun of my pose already man...haha :lol: ok...yeah...they look heinous...but as i mentioned earlier, i have already changed their poses...and later today, my valk family grew bigger...Valk009~! your VF-1J super has arrived safe & sound...thank u ~! :ph34r:

    Yup, it's a 1S - and it was one that I parted out to members here, and the legs were left over, so they are being sacrificed for the cause...

    1st of all, that was amayy-zing-2 :huh: ...you know...you could earn lots of money if you mass produce em :o ...so dont keep it to yourself...

    secondly, i tot haterist was looking for a 1s tail fin, why not offer him the part he wouldn't want to resist ($$) :lol:

    OK, I have to ask: Why are they posed leaning so badly in that horribly unnatural pose?

    Also, if you pose them normally, the booster weight isn't a problem. Like that, maybe.

    :lol: haha, OK i admit they're horrid..but those that are leaning that badly have been changed to the pose like in my 5th pic...i actually wanted to make em pose like Hikaru's pose in his final attack in DYRL....like when the nose cone is pointing forward etc....(like the low vis n roy) :p but i guess i failed...

    though they're horrible...I'm just posting em coz i cant find anything else interesting to do here....just reading the 5-days-old posts....why do people stop posting already??....man... <_<
