  1. it is a shame it has to be like this i have delt with bryan before on ebay and had a great transaction . but it is alot of money and you cannot really blame Fortress Maximus for being concerned, this thread and the stuff that went with it has gone on for awhile, and this is the first we have heard from you since so it was easy to think that you have been avoiding us. i wish you could have been more vocal on this forum in the last few weeks maybe then we could have heard the rest of your story and this specualtions and rumors might not have happened, we have had this happen before and we do not want to got though this again, so please understand are postion.

Pending this request is not done, you aren’t getting a dime from me, and you NEVER EVER WILL.  That’s right.  Defamation of Character.

there really is no excuse for this, you were given items which you appearently have now sold on ebay (they were not yours yet to begin with) it has been awhile paypal or not you owe him, i hope you repay what you took. even if your transactions are good on ebay it does not mean you can take other peoples money on the side. regardless if you felt insulted or not.

  2. this one like the other he had were never really released on the market, so the high price it normal for stuff like this. there are only a few of these made and they are near mint and still in the package. it is kind of like if someone posted a Yamato Yf-19 with fast pack on ebay in the box that was suppossed to be released but never was and he has like 1 of only 5 made for the company and decided to sell one to the public. trust me it would be no different.

  3. you might have a hard time finding someone to part out there new toy, specially if they are a diehard collectors. once these parts are sold it may be hard later on down the line to sell the toy if they are forced to. so you might not see parts for these on the market for a long time. i think Low Viz parts are no different they never really show up.

  4. i would recomend contacting hobbyfan they are usually good with replacing parts but you need to contact them soon if you wait to long you will lose your oppertunity, specially if the item goes out of stock then you will have to wait for them to get more which could take months on end.

  5. they are getting far more poseable now, only the early releases and the ones with really heavy armor are not to posable. most of the others are not much different then a normal MSIA. i keep mine in standing poses so i can make room in my display cabinets.

  6. awesome poster, i do not think that is a frame from the normal show however, the details and shading look alot better then what was seen in most episodes. nice detolfs as well, i have 4 now and they are already almost filled :p the new one you got i have ever seen before it is nice but a little to small for me and it cost like $20.00 more then the detolfs over here in MA you can pick them up at the store for $59.00

  7. the Crossbone must be part way new, it has the ability to change parts so some stuff must be retooled over the original X-1 and X-2 which did not have that feature, also the X-3 has a unique sword which will most likly come with it. i am glad they are making this one i have always wanted the X-3 to finish of the set. i am interested in that and the Galbaldy, the Sniper is ugly however if it was the Snper II i would be in heaven right now but alas...maybe next time.

  8. I received this extremely lame and doggy response from Bryan on Monday, May 22, 2006 9:31 PM.

"I sent you an email last week. Check your bulk folder if it is not in your inbox. I have not been on Macross World in some time. I will be returning to my normal life the middle of next month. You will be hearing back from me Wednusday or Thursday when I have some more down time."

WTF?! Complete and utter bull. We all know Bryan has been online selling stuff on ebay and answering auction questions, but he selectively avoids visiting MW and posting here or sending me a pm here as well. This of course excludes all the paypal requests and phone calls w/messages that I made to him, none of which he responded to!

i am glad he is at least responding now, hopefully my email had something to do with that. i am hoping that you can get your money back asap..
