  1. You guys who ordered from play asia, I don't know why you didn't see the feedback section.

But they take your money, even if they don't have the product, and you're going to have to dispute it to get it back.

  2. Indeed, Dr. Wu's identifying the underlying need to fix the error in the DNA retrieved, also revisited why the Raptors from JP didn't look like actual Raptors. It really did a good job of showing the Raptors weren't "trained" so to speak, but that Owen (Pratt) had become the alpha through training them to trust him in feeding and hunting skills. Without spoiling anything, there was a lot of feels in that end sequence. mainly from the bonds you gained from Owen's work with showing everyone that these Dino's didn't know they were created, and they feel pain just as much as any animal.

It was even almost a little animal preachy in that regard. But there were a ton of little easter eggs in that movie for the trained eyes.

It's obvious the sequel will involve InJen doing some shady work probably with the miliarization of dinosaurs, but if that means Rex's chomping tanks, and raptors killing terrorists... and eventually inJen guys.. I'M IN!!

  3. My only fear from possibility of it going into full length cinema, is David keeping all control over the project. It's beautiful because it's exactly what a "throwback" movie should be. We don't need reboot's of old properties, but new takes on what made them great. Kung Fury is the actual interpretation of what make independents the most needed asset in the film industry as a whole.

  4. Yeah, I agree you guys are missing out not seeing it in the Theater. I saw it in 3D and it was worth every penny. A lot more emphasis on the importance of treating animals right. Chris Pratt's character really did a better job as the hero then any previous film. I wasn't a fan of Indominus Rex, and TBH, the Spinosauraus from JPIII was still a better villain (anyone notice the Spinosauraus skelteon at the park?)
It's totally worth the ticket price, and there's plenty of moments that leave you waiting to take a breath.

I'm convinced the "Meh" ratings are just the fandom being unimpressed by anything. I'd go see it again.

  5. I've got both MIB, neither has been fully transformed.

Only to legs down Gerwalk, then displayed in a case for a few days, then returned

to the stryofoam containers they were born in. OBO

    RVF-171Ex 200$ shipped contus

    YF-30 235$ shipped contus

I'll post pics later, but it will just be of the contents in the box, that's where they've been. Just like new.
    All inserts, baggies ect.

paypal only, pay the fee or gift.
I've got tons of trade rep on the forums.

  6. You guys realize they can't do anything that even remotely resembles SDFM right? They only had the animation rights.

It's going to look completely not Robotech, and only maybe things from Mospeada or Southern Cross. Outside of that. It's going

to use the RT names, and lingo.

There won't be any VF-1's or SDF-1's. Just a bad Minmay, and a terribly done Hunter. Maybe an over the top Fokker played by Ben Affleck.

  7. I guss you guys missing my point, maybe because I'm not explaning correctly. Don't get me wrong, I'll take modern toys over the 80's toys anytime, but modern toys lack dicast and rubber tires, so when I pick it up, it feels light and in the back of my mind I expected to be heavy and when it's not heavy I'm a bit disappointed.

I understand. There's a certain feel that I get handling a fresh out of the box vintage TF, that smell of real rubber, the gleam of diecast. The weight

of quality that will allow this to last decades. It's a great feeling... but it's also a great feeling to have something new that can pose.

If only we could get the new MP's with a few more bits of diecast and rubber tires... and not cost a fortune. damn you world economy!

  8. Unless they bring back James Hong as Lo Pan, it's not gonna work.

and the soundtrack, and Cattrall and James Wong, and.. frakk it, frakk you Hollywood.

I've got Carpenter on my Twitter, and he has said nothing about it, I'm guessing he's not part of it.

  9. It wasn't a bad movie, but I'm really getting tired of movies with titles like "Age of..." and the Age is about 20 minutes.

Personally, I didn't expect much, because it's already been said, the Avengers movies up until the Infinity series are just

bridges to connect the stand alone films.

So, not a bad movie, but a few steps behind Winter Soldier and GOTG.

    I give Avengers: 20 minutes of Ultron a 7.5/10

  10. Apparently the charge from Play-Asia set off my Credit Cards security and they called me about it.

That's because you're not going to get your item, they don't stock anything, they are essentially a mail-order shop.

  11. Not only will it not look anything like the original show (because they have rights to the animation only) but the original designs

would never hold up to a big budget movie. It would have to be completely redone, and would not retain any of what you loved

    about Macross or Robotech.

Hope, that it never makes it off the "no budget" floor.

It would have to completely re-invent Science Fiction, to be anything more than a lack luster "another transformers wtf" movie

with the 99.99999999999999999% of the people buying movie tickets.
