I just received an email from NY saying "Preparation in progress" for my pre-order. Looks like they are ready to ship.

As long as I like the series, I will most likely end up buying something from it. As SDFM was the first ever series I watched and loved while growing up, majority of the stuff I've been buying have been from that series. I also enjoyed Macross Frontier, so I've been buying them as well. Same with Gundam Wing, Seed, and Unicorn, along with Guilty Crown and Muv-Luv.

Hey Edi - where did you get the DYRL Super/Strike Parts?

I got them on both on eBay, one was a set with the VF-1S TV 30th, and the other with the VF-1A DYRL. I was kind of surprised to see them at a relatively good price, as the parts alone have sure gone up in the past week or two.

No they don't. The preorder button is unclickable meaning its closed right now.

Whenever this happens, it seems like nothing is in stock on their site. I normally just sign out of my account and sign back in, then it's fixed. It's kind of an odd bug.

I haven't received any notifications from NY yet, but from my experience, if they are in-stock it will take around 1-3 days to ship.

I wish I had local shops selling these as well, all the ones I've found online are pretty expensive now.

How is Macross 30? I was debating on buying it, but since I don't understand Japanese I have a feeling I'm going to get lost in the menus and such.

I'm also holding for a VF-25F/S renewal, as the current prices are way too high for me. But at least I still have a VF-25F rev 1.

NY charged me $32 to ship the VF-25G (EMS-express), and only $21.59 (Eco-SAL registered) for the pre-order of the YF-29 reissue. I think the prices are pretty decent for overseas shipping. It could be a lot worse, I recently shipped a 1lb package from California to Turkey, and they charged me $56 insured, and it even took then over a month to deliver it.
