Max even managed to have the virgin road, which is also completely blue. I think a blue VF-1S would look awesome!

And how would be it's paint scheme? Completely blue as his VF-1J? (I remember seeing a VF-1S painted completely red in the PSP game macross triangle frontier. Even the head was red)

I am going to pass on this. Not interested in the scheme and the price. I supported Yamato a lot in the pass with the 1/48 and even bought the 1/60 v2 on preorders, and multiple of the same item in both scales only to get hit with huge discounts later on and reissues with optional parts. Will only be looking if they release other things other than the VF-1 line and will also wait for it to be released and not preorder it unless it was limited like the VF-4G.

But Arcadia is a different company, maybe they are testing the waters with this new model. I think this could be the begining of a new era of many new macross models/toys or could be the end. They took their time to decide to put this out. Who knows?

Since the PSX era, I buy consoles to play macross games. If they release a macross game on the next-gen consoles I will get one. In the meanwhile I'm not interested.

I'm actually tempted to buy two VF-1A battroids from the Robotech Kickstarter project and paint them up like the M&M video game battle. Only makes sense that they'd be much smaller than the other 1/60 valks, right?

Just checked my first release of the VF-1S in Unassembled Kit and yes there are parts for a gunpod and I'm pretty sure you can swap heads too.
