lol! It's inspiring to see at least Makes me wanna do it to mine. Though there's that possibility of screw ups..
Well if you're up to the challenge, get the assembly kit from HK Collectibles to practice on that. Plus they include waterslides so u can use those instead of stickers.

There are other hasegawa VF-1J's that are still available (such as the 1/48 Vermillion Team),and you can always repaint them as M&M using the 1J head
Thanks Hervé. How I wish they'd reissue that kit... I came aboard the Macross train a bit too late when it comes to toys and kits.

I just hope that Arcadia is not discouraged by the way their first valk release is selling. Steep discounts already just after a few months of release. Liking this Valk is really an acquired taste (to me at least).

I dont think the gunpod can be as level as the fighter in this prototype, the battroid's spine on top of the gunpod is almost the same level as the thigh/intake so the gunpod kind of have to be tilted down. I hope they did somewhat improve on this for the final version but not a great concern for me

I think people should start asking what the next project is not. Hahaha, it might prove a new challenge of answering back.
"It's not the VF-9/0 isn't it?"

God damn it i just cancelled my po few weeks ago, i looked back into this thread to see the pretty pics and in the end i think i will re-preorder again! I thought having Alto's was enough but the scheme for this one is too awesome, even more so than the one I own. Probably because M+ was my first ever completed series and it left a huge impression on me. I have a dream that they do a Guld's tribute to the Chronos due to both having Raptor-esque design (fat chance).

Could mean the 0D. Technically he did not do it during the initial Zero release.
Same thoughts here. I thought that he did not design the VF-0 toys.

That Super VF-1A is dope! I love the way it looks.

Is this Optimus Prime?

Unless bandai wants to waste development costs for this new mold, we ought to see at least one of those repaints. Im yearning for the red one. Since my Frontier collection are only the YF-29 and VF-27 , i'd like to continue the red theme

Fits like a glove!!!!!
What the fudge, that jet black sv-51 is amazing!!

Hi guys, does anyone have both the 2 pack hasegawa stands http://www.hlj.com/product/HSG12/Sci and a 1/72 SV-51? Does the SV-51 fit it at all? I want to know so that I wouldn't waste money buying it and finding out that it doesnt fit at all. I tried googling for images but never found any.
edit:
Just my luck, I found one in the forums!

Thanks man! I'm trying to sell so I can get others that I want more. Updated, sold my 1J + added a MONSTER!!

^
Exactly what I was thinking when I saw that

It should be pretty easy to spray the base of the stand.

I was toying with the idea whether i should just get the G or A Super parts for my RVF and just repaint it. Being the most different among the 25's has anyone tried to fit the SSP of F or S or even the newly released G on the RVF? I dont really care for the ghost(they're awesome in the show, but doesnt seem to be more than display pieces as a toy) and want to save half the amount.
-
The armor parts for the VF-0S is also a must if they end up redoing the Macross Zero line.
-
that a Tamashii Stage ACT TRIDENT stand that i mod to fit with the adapter ....
Are you serious!? I've always thought that those stage act stands could only hold lightweight figures. Guess i should get one now

Hey guys, I just got my Roy's VF-1S today! Since you've seen that many times before, I decided to take the strike packs on a ride on my orange VF-1J. Pardon my amateurish photography skills. Sadly I ripped off a missile port on my new VF-1S while trying to take out the reaction missiles . I got too excited as it's my first time owning a strike pack!

It might be only me, but I don't really want too much metal parts on my valks. I feel that Yammies with enough diecast are much much more playable and fun to handle than the Bandai DX Chogokin counterparts. Don't get me wrong, diecast parts are good but worrisome especially if they are painted over or loosen up after some transformations.

Wow the fenrir really really resembles the YF-30 O.o

Finanlly have my VT-1 shipped from japan via EMS. 26000 yen total for a brand new one is not bad at all.
Is there somewhere I missed ? I've been looking for that valk everywhere(where the price is not 40k yen)!
Great price for a great valk btw, I envy you so much.
My Roy 1S should be arriving later today

Does anyone know where else I can still pre-order the super parts combo for the RVF-25? I got kind of tired trying to sell my RVF so I might as well keep it. NY isn't taking anymore POs . Will the price get jacked up at the release day?

This is how it transforms.
I'm trying to imagine what happened to the part between 1:39 - 1:40 which they never showed
