I'm actually not really worried about the neck cover, I think it's only a matter of alignment.

But you can't take the seat rotation gimmick for granted, I suppose. 

The pilot egress hatch is a fact. It's very visible in the picture along with its hinge. Its movement is very important during transformation in order to conceal the big antenna. You can see it also in open and closed position on the cad drawings of some months ago. 

Very interesting! It looks like this time the neck cover is integrated into the perfect transformation in an innovative way! Whether I like it or not... we'll see, but I'm certainly getting one of these.

I hope so, but those have different wings anyway. Maybe for the 19P?

Just as I would've liked to see hardpoints under the wings in the new version of Bandai's YF-21, even though I know it might not be canonical, and in the VF-25 revivals — perhaps even more desirably here since they lack internal missile storage — now I'm surprised to see hardpoints on the VF-19 Kai prototype. Here, too, it's not canonical; in fact, it's obvious that Basara would never use them. But the possibility of customizing my toys is always welcome in my book.

Side by side with the 1D. I like the colors of the VT-1 a lot more. The 1D orange looks really dull next to the VT-1.
