TFW's gotten worse, MW is the same or slightly better. IMHO. I don't peek into TFW's Macross thread very often.

A bit OT, but I have been lurking on MW since I attended MW con 01, and the MW community tends to be more helpful in all aspects of life, whereas the TFW community can get a bit hectic. Bought a combiner from a moderator on TFW and the whole transaction was a nightmare. I don't even post on TFW I just lurk there like no other, here I will post every now and then because everyone is nice and civil. MW community is where it is at.

MP Cheetor is officially up at all the major e-tailers now, and anime export is the cheapest by a few bucks.

Sheeaaat I really missed out on that Robot Spirits EX-S. Dam BBTS didnt even give me an alert like they normally do.

Keep an eye out on the preorder, I just happened to browse the site, and the preorder was open and I pulled the trigger on it.

But right after I placed my order, the preorder sold out, so I'm guessing someone canceled their preorder, it reopened, and I took the last slot.

I found the shop. It's a video game store in Sino Centre. I don't buy much from them but they have been around for a very long time. They also sell a number of figures and usually do the Banpresto prize draws. They are legit.

Hopefully all members who ordered from them will rest assured that they aren't some shady company. Probably making more money from overseas as local business has been hit by a bad year. They don't offer any of the figures in the actual store, but yeah they are a decent bet.

The guy I order comics from here in the U.S. doesn't have a physical address for his company, and it could be a similar situation with lapooza.

They are also called CircleSoft Solutions Ltd. that's what appeared in my paypal statement which doesn't inspire much confidence either, but rolling the dice on this one.

SMDH, that's like a slap in the face to those of us that got our orders canceled, especially since it's only been a few days since the email.

Everyone says that hlj's service is top notch, but honestly I have had better service from amiami, I'm done with hlj, when asking for a solution or even just an explanation of how they chose accounts for order cancellation they have remained silent. I take that as them not giving a dam.

For the users with T-Mobile, the T-Mobile Tuesday deal was a free ticket for the movie, so gonna watch it good or not, but a few friends went to an advance screening on Wednesday and said it was good.

We will find out if Loopaza is legit or not. Took the plunge, and paid in full, the bad is that they only accept paypal, so I won't have buyer protection. Total price for the item and to ship to Southern California = $240, making this the most expensive DX I have bought at retail. Hopefully Loopaza comes through, if not I may be asking for some help from HK members early next year.

And the more I think about it, the less I blame HLJ - every website has issues when it gets inundated with too much traffic. I blame Bandai and how they flat out refuse to produce based on how items are ordered.

I have a couple of buddies whose orders are safe even though they used the same method, where they checked out after the order stop. So it seems to be the luck of the draw or whatever hlj's system is to kick us to the curb.

I got the cancellation email for the metal build, but was able to snag one from bbts this morning. Bandai will likely produce more of the 31j 's as he is the main hero and they rereleased the Alto vf-25 at least 4 different times so I wouldn't worry too much if you missed out on the pre-order.

It's the fact that you gotta go through the pre-order madness again.

Was up till 1:20 AM waiting for the confirmation email, during the mass hysteria.

But yeah gonna have to wait a year and some change for a reissue.

I actually still have the VF-31J on HLJ, just kinda pissed the Blue frame was dumped.

Having the VF-31J is better then the Blue Frame.

The Blue Frame will probably be available at a moderate price adjustment after release, while the 31J will jump up in price ridiculously.

Seems like it's gonna be a bad day, cause I got notification from HLJ canceling my VF-31J order.

Got the purge email, and have no VF-31J to look forward too.

Had one in my cart all day, looks like hlj finally purged it out.

To those that didn't get one, there will probably be an inevitable rerelease for Hayate's Delta 05, probably in 1-2 years.

Funny to see that even the Loopaza one is sold out too.

Yeah I went there 30 mins in out of desperation, and was like dammit lol.

May get one from there for when Delta 01 and 02 come out.

A $70 markup might be worth peace of mind and sleeping on time.

I secured one from Amiami fine. The second from HLJ was in the cart for 50 minutes before I finished the order. Still yet to receive a confirmation email.

My confirmation from HLJ took about 15 minutes to get to me, and show up in my hlj account.

Your gonna have to give it a few mins.

2nd order confirmed from elsewhere. 2 places worked for me. I'll probably be getting rid of one and just keeping one when time gets close. If anyone missed out, I'll gladly offer it to anyone who missed out at what I payed for it with shipping and all.

You should be good. I actually had 2 in my account from hlj so I cancelled one to keep within their preorder policy. I was also able to order the blue frame from hlj as well. it was stuck in my cart for nearly 40 minutes but after I cancelled one of the DX in my account I was able to complete my order of the blue frame. successful morning!!

Dam you should buy a lotto ticket today. That is some luck.

So in my HLJ account it has "order stopped" next to the valk in the list of open orders. All other open orders have a date next to them for when the release occurs. I got the confirmation email - does that mean I'm waitlisted, or is it just an oddity of HLJ's system?

Normally you get it in the first few seconds or you don't.

ZOMG. Kept getting timeouts at HLJ with a valk in the cart. Kept rocking back and forward, back and forward. HLJ goes order stopped. Just kept rocking the browser back each time I got a timeout.

And success. With the email and everything.

Now I just have to go and tell my 13 year old son that I forfeited his soul for a cool plastic robot.
