From what I remember (I may be wrong, and thinking of Megazone 23) there was talk of there being enough material to publish a second book, but it was all going to depend on sales of the first.

Honestly, there are enough material to publish at least a good appendix:

30-50 pages, only black and white art, with some concept art, some secondary items, more goods pics of settings previously seen in the first book ( who we can see there are copies.) etc etc...

Maybe the only possibity to create this appendix is to publish it in Japan, like a Doujin printed in limited number?
