but i think i can get my hands on a shrink wrapped VF-1J and 2x VF-1D's

I think maybe some place will rare for full set of 32 boxes.

but I believe guys still can get in his place. just like me, 15th anv. re-product ver. VF-1D and VF-1S fighter mode like you say, I still can get them in my place.

I've gotten a ton of these off ebay, for cheap. usually less than $10 a piece. I've got about 20-30 I think. Waiting for a rainy day to start working on them

I have a few of these kits too. I still have kits I found in the early 90's.

The boxes were blue for the fighter models, black for the battroids and I am not certain what color for the gerwalk models. I also found a red box with Max's 1J in battroid mode.

Don't these ARII 15th Anniversary reissues come with a mini character figure in each kit? Or is it just a few select designs that have them?

My VF-1D Gerwalk came w/ a Focker figure but I'm not sure if every kit came w/ a figure.

I've got about a dozen of these, I'm not sure if particular figures were in a particular kit or just added randomly but certainly not every kit had one, I got a Hikaru, a Misa and a Roy.

And the Gerwalks came in brown boxes.

I still remember when ARII release this series, some text on poster and dm say the figures are randomly, No.1 to No.28 will include, but No.29 to No.32( 4 factories set) not include them. I do'nt know why.

I get a ton of this series, maybe over 80 boxes, so I have many many figures. don't ask me why I get so much, at that time, who knows HASEGAWA will release VF-1?

you are really crazy! but as 1/100 scale, they(the fighter mode) are still decent up to today's standard I think

they are ok kits some to do in 4 hrs. but i do not like how the forward section fits with the rest of the valk
