rehab for a joke machine

Wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the Workshop but here goes.  Any suggestions on how to rehabilitate this lil guy?  He needs a right-leg stabilizer and an arm reattachment..  disclaimer: I have no experience with anything like plastic weld or similar.. thanks in advance!

I know it's been a long, long time since you asked this question, but I've been working on a 3D printed replacement for the back plate and the arm hinges.
