Anyone know where to buy a set of the 1/100 articulated hands within the US?

That's kinda vague. Are you trying to fit it on a 1/100 VF-1? In which case it would be tiny.

On I'm sry it's for a custom figure, the hands have square fists, wanted to change them

Still not enough info. You need to say what you're customizing. The scale doesn't say what size a hand would be because a 1/100 VF-0 would have much larger hands than a 1/100 VF-1. Maybe if you give the measurement of what the full length of the hand from the bottom of the wrist to the tip of the middle finger instead, then people can actually help you find what you're looking for.
