My Boyfriend Is a Pilot version question

I have a question regarding this version of My Boyfriend Is a Pilot that I have that I managed to find several years ago. I'm wondering where it's from, and which album you can find it in? I don't think I've heard this version in any of the Macross series nor movies I've seen.

I've been wondering for a long time, and I'd appreciate it if you can help answer this question. Thank you.

It's from "Macross Generation," which was a radio drama, and it's sung by Tomo Sakurai (who played the character "Canary Minmay" in story).
