Disassemble Regult

Hey guys any one knwo how to disassemble a Regult? I unscrewed everything i could but the waist and thighs are locked together. as well as the side thrusters on teh side of the head.

it looks like a washer and some kind of nail. but the washer is solid. i thought it might be a snap ring but no.
