Chances of VF-1J Max sans Fast Pack?

Sorry if this has been asked, but has anyone heard whether the 1/48 Max VF-1J will be released without the fast pack?

no. the 1J max has always been sold as a super.

you can always purchase it and sell off the FP's or slap them on the angel birds if you have one.
