I got my Aoshima black getter from hlj yesterday. Awesome toy. It's a good subsitute for the Fewture one I will never own.

Got the Dancouga too.. he's one big boy! I need to sit down with him for a few hours and get to know him better. uh.. on second reading that came out fairly suspicious sounding.

Got the Fewture Getter 1.. secretly ashamed of how much I paid for it (which was the standard retail price) - I would love a Black Getter but it will never happen unless I win lotto.

Wish it had been a series if it had to be made at all. I bought this graphic novel about 17 years ago and I've still got the same one. God knows how many times I've read it. I fear I'm too big a fan to get behind this movie even though I did love Dawn (haven't seen 300 yet but the trailer looks great)

Fantastic work man! I too think the panel lining is a bit (and I mean REALLY nit picky when I say a bit) too heavy, but it takes courage to leave a strong panel line and not keep airbrushing more and more coats on it so you can hardly see it (which is my problem, too cowardly)

The only one I like in this series is Garada. I just couldn't get into this Mazinger sculpt. I do like how he's so scary looking but I can't stand those huge boots! Looks like he should be playing guitair with Kiss! IT should be called Mazinger 1975!

That entry just makes it sound like it's another single box with all 6 volumes again like last time, but will agree it's definately a bargin price, 9975 yen for the box versus 4700 per single volume back in 99...

The toys look very nice, disagree some of the proportions, but the compromises (the connector especially, I wonder how it'll look in Armo-Bomber) will probably make it a better overal toy that can be played with.

I reckon he means the Ennis one. The first miniseries he did I thought was pretty crap but the new one I like. It's Called Trail Of Tears and it's set in the American Civil War.

I'm with you guys on the ending of the Civil War series. Basically nothing happened. It just ended at the same place the first issue ended at.

I just figured out why I don't like Ideon. He reminds me of a robot santa claus wearing ice skates.
