Anyone tried drilling the holes in the legs, cutting the notches in the forarm, and the slots in the backpack? If so, what tools did people use to drill the holes in the metal legs?

Wow, so did the prices for gpb stuff just go up?

I read earlier in this thread that someone stopped by Treasure Island last week and the prices were $40 and $100 for GPB only and GPB w/1j, respectively.

Actually, the battery is suppose to come out. If you read the instructions, it says the following under how to change the battery section: "1. Slide battery case out of slots." Also, this link shows that it does come out:

My question is how I can take it out like it shows in the picture above.

I tried but it wouldn't come out.

of the sliding slot? I slid the thing along the whole length of the slot and tried pulling on it andthe battery case wouldn't come out. Do I just need to use more force? I don't want to break the thing. Optimus wouldn't be right if he can't hold the matrix in his chest!

The plastic hinge holding/connecting the backpack to the body broke and i tried using super glue to fix it but the glue just isn't strong enough to hold it. This is without the fastpack boosters attached. Anyone have any suggestions as to where I can get a spare hinge or which type of glue I can use that would be strong enough to hold the broken hinge and the additional weight of the boosters?
