The Ultimate Macross Variable Fighter!

The head units on the VF-1J/S have very unique designs (even though there designed for junior and senior officers). For me I prefer the VF-1S head unit, it looks sleek and aerodynamic and it lets other VF pilots know who you are and that your a Veteran pilot with many years of service. -

I would never make fun of the McDonnell Douglas F-4 Phantom, it is one of the greatest Fighter jets in U.S. History. As for the VF-11 Thunderbolt, its one of my favorite VF mecha as well. In my opinion it looks more graceful then the VF-1 Valkerie. The VF-2SS Valkerie II is a nice VF mecha, It looks so cool with the SAP system. The fire power on those things are awesome. I'm with you there, I wish Hasegawa would produce a 1/72 scale of the VF-11. -
Obviously your a sheep and rather hide and be in denial that we live in a uncertain and violent world. You have to hide behind warriors (sheepdogs) and have them protect you from evil instead of joining in the fight to stop evil. Remember its Law enforcement, public safety and Soldiers that keep the peace and protect us from evil and give us the freedoms that we treasure so much, they can't stop all the evil themselves they need citizens to help out as well.

I didn't say that being an AWACS pilot wasn't dangerous, just about every Military occupation has some type of danger especially during a time of war. Combat fighter pilots, Infantry soldiers, Special Forces operatives and Armored Mechanized crews are in immediate danger since they are in the immediate combat zone. AWACS crews are not usually in the immediate combat zone since they are valuable assets for all aircrews needing up to date intelligance reports of where enemy air assets are at. But that doesn't mean there jobs are safe, theres always that chance that they could come under attack far from where the fighting is. But in the end all military personal no matter what there occupation is have to be prepared to go into combat when they are needed.

Theres always eye corrective surgery, but if the UN Mlitary found out about that they would let you go with a Dishonorable Discharge for committing Purgery. If you don't believe in yourself and trust in your piloting skills and the VF mecha that your piloting, then yah I can see you being one of the first to be sot down or KIA!

I meant what I said the VF-4 and the A-7 Corsair are ugly ducklings!
