  1. With the coming release of FF7 Advent Childfren do you think there's the possiblity of a re-release of this kit? http://www.ffodyssey.com/editorials/bishop001/05.shtml I've been searching off and on on-line for a couple of years for it, but I've never seen it for sale. Has anyone seen it, or possibly heard of a re-cast for it?

Cool, thanks guys. You've given me a direction. Now to decide if I want to foil...

    Gold paint ?

I'm working on the Perfect grade Wing 0 Gundam, but before you blast me for it not being Macross related, I'm not interested in views on the kit. What I need help with is getting the really rich Gold/Yellow paint that shows up on the shoulders and head of the Gundam. Has anyone found a good smooth gold paint that I can use without having an airbrush? Everything I've seen/used has been pretty flecked. Thanks.
  4. The topic says it all. I know it's a popular kit, and I didn't see a post mentioning it yet. Have fun.
  5. Hey! What do you know...2 clicks was the trick. Thanks, now I can stand the thing up...next step: paint it.
  6. Trueblue: Where did you find Sideswipe? Or was it the Binaltech one? I've got Smokescreen and I'm defintely going to get the rest of them. I love the fact that they brought these out to give traditionalists that like G1 a toy worth getting! I had SS sitting on my desk in car mode and everyone thought it was just a WRC car, I had to tell them it was a transformer.
  7. Yup, I was trying to avoid any true "MacGyvering" of the kit. I was thinking about using epoxy to build up the hip joints, but the rubber wire insulation may do the trick Thanks!
  8. I've recently put together the Bandai VF-2SS model, but the hips are incredibly loose. I can't even stand the model up. Has anyone else had this problem, and how does one go about fixing it? I want to still have the ability to change modes, so glueing the legs to the hips is out of the question. Thanks!
