7.26.06 - Back from Comic-Con
Just want to say thanks to Entertainment Earth, Hunter and Clutchjunkie from TFans, Tyler Niccum (recently inked 11 pages of Tokyopop's Return to Labryinth) and Bobe-Patt and the rest of the Macrossworld gang for making Comic-Con 2006 a memorable experience. It was my first time to go and I had a blast.
Masterpiece Voltron is in-stock and available for $129.99. In case you didn't know, Voltron: Defender of the Universe DVD Volume 1 will hit stores this fall.
Pre-orders listings for the 1/48 VF-1A Angel Bird, 1/48 VF-1 Stealth Super & Strike Parts (Fast Pack) and 1/60 VF-0A, will be posted later this evening. Yamato will be releasing more repaints of the 1/48 VF-1A mold this year. As we get new information from our suppliers, we will inform customers of new pre-order listings and update the site.

I finally got home around midnight last night. It was nice meeting everyone and thanks again for eating dinner with me on Sunday. I spent most of Monday morning shipping evything back to Texas. Toynk and another retailer at the Con already had 1/100 Toynami VF-1's for sale. I grabbed two Fockers for Dan to sign. I'll post a pic of them later in the week.

7.20.06 - Off to Comic-Con
As mentioned earlier this week, I am heading out for Comic-Con tomorrow. Pending orders will be prepared tonight for pickup Friday afternoon. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday, July 24th. If you have any immediate questions or concerns, you can reach me via e-mail (carlos@laftoys.com).
Before we are off to San Diego, there is some exciting news to report. Our shipment of FlexiDisplays should arrive October/November 2006. We will start accepting pre-orders August/September 2006. The current price listing may slightly change since manfacturing costs have doubled. We will do what we can to keep the price as low as possible.

7.17.06 - Clearance Sale
We are at the midpoint of Summer 2006 and and we need to get rid of excess inventory. Mint Conditon items in the store have been reduced in price. Older Non-Mint Transformers and Macross products from the LAF Outlet will be moved to our eBay store (lostandfoundtoys) for liquidation.
I will be out of town Friday, July 21st to Monday, July 24th. I will be attending San Diego Comic-Con! If anyone wants to hook up to wait in line, wander around, grab a bite, or hit the town - feel free to contact me!

I don't really have a store. I operate out of the house and all the inventory is at warehouse nearby. I live a few blocks north of UT campus near the Hancock Golf Course. Hit me with a PM if you want to drop by.

I got to do the meet and greet with suppliers, but that should not take up most of my day. I will be at Maloney's Tavern Friday night for the Entertainment Earth party. I haven't had a chance to look at the schedule yet...I'll do that this weekend.

7.13.06 - VF-0S Macross Zero and Alternators Mirage/Prime are here
1/60 VF-0S Macross Zero is here! Pre-orders have sold out, but we do have one left in Mint Condition for $169.99. We have four in Non-Mint Condition at the LAF Outlet for $164.95. One case was lost on the way from Japan. As as soon as it resurfaces, we will grade them and list them in their appropriate categories.
Mint-Condition Alternators Mirage sold out this morning, but there is one in the LAF Outlet for $26.99. We do have Alternators Prime in-stock for $27.99/$26.99.

Both shipment of Alternators and 1/60 VF-0S Macorss Zero arrive today!
We only have 2 VF-0S available at the pre-order price of $164.95. The pre-order price will expire tomorrow. Once graded, the remaining mint-condition stock will be with be $169.99.

I will be standing in line to pick up my badge close to 10 am on Friday morning. Since I have never been to Comic Con, I have no input on where to meet. Other than picking up a few exclusives and talking to some suppliers, my schedule is pretty flexible.

The Holiday Inn National City webpage says it close cab ride, but I'll take your word for it.
I am still looking. I may stay in Mission Valley. Everyone is telling me that the trolley is right there.
OH and when I say 15 minutes from the convention center I meant by freeway. Mission Valley is a better option especially because of the trolley. It'll be an easier ride getting to the convention center but damn crowded when you leave.
Just made my plans this morning! Staying at the Holiday Inn Downtown (not the Bay). I arrive early Friday morning and leave Mondayafternoon. See you guys there!

7.12.06 - Back in the office
We are back from vacation! If you placed an order for in-stock items while we were out of town, your item(s) will ship out today or tomorrow.
Arriving later this week is 1/60 VF-0S Macross Zero, a few remain at the pre-order price of $164.95.
We are also expecting more cases of Alternators Mirage/Optimus Prime/Meister/Tracks. Pre-orders for Mirage and Optimus Prime are sold out, but we will have some available at the in-stock price of $27.99. This Alternators shipment may arrive as early as tomorrow. For those who still need Alternators Meister, we have some available now at $22.99.

Staff will be on vacation from Wednesday, July 5th to Monday, July 10th. The website will be left up for those who still want to place orders for in-stock items or reserve upcoming products. If you are new to the site, please take time to review our policies before registering for an account and placing an order.
Pending orders for in-stock items will ship out Wednesday, July 5th. All phone calls and e-mails will be answered Tuesday, July 11th. All orders will be processed when we return.

Our shipment of THS-02 Convoy is here, get yours now for $49.99. We also have plenty of Megazone 23: 1/15 Garland on hand at $97.99.
The second half of the Alternators Optimus Prime and Alternators Mirage shipment will arrive sometime in July and will be used to fill the remaining pre-orders from June. We will have a few left over to carry in-stock at $27.99. For those who still need Alternators Meister, we have some available now at $22.99.
The expected arrival date for the 1/60 VF-0S Macross Zero restock is now early July. The 1/48 VF-1 Low Visibility Armor will be here in August.
For those who were wondering, it is now official. We are the owners of the FlexiDisplay Stand. Starting in July, we will make preparations for our first shipment which should arrive in August/September. Finally we will have our stands!

We are back from Vegas! Since I am pretty much brain dead and running on a few hours sleep, here are a few quick announcements:
- 1/48 Low Visibility V2 and Macross Display Stands are in-stock. We are no longer honoring pre-order prices on these items because...
- The 5% off JUNE Coupon Code expires midnight June 30th. It can only be used for in-stock items and not pre-orders. Remember to enter the code twice if you get an error.
- The site is acting a little quirky, so do not be discouraged if the site is down from time-to-time. Expect website testing to be going on at night when online traffic is low or non-existent. Please contact me with any technical issues.

6.14.04 - Site Down For Maintenance
In trying to fix one problem yesterday, we created a few more! While the staff is away this week, our programmer will try to fix this before Monday. Since we promised to honor the 5% Discount Coupon until the end of this week, we will make up for any lost days next week.

Just a heads up for you guys, I will be out of town Thursday-Sunday. Going to my bachelor party in Vegas!
I am going to extend the 5% discount sale until midnight Sunday 18th. The coupon code is acting funky. If you get an error message, just enter it again to get the correct message.
