uhm ... smaller ? I agree aren't they small enough ? i'm gonna pass. I thought they were making the new movie eva line bigger? the rei / female figure line looks promising.

I have to agree the getter 2 has a better fit than getter 1 the chest piece is a bit tight to get on and off but its minor these guys are cool

and since I've never been patient about anything toy related they have a buddy on the way.

edit : forgot to add they can do cool poses too.

Mowe I just got fewtures getter 2 and getter 3 . i only opened the boxes I havent handled them yet, off to work and all that.

Hopefully over the weekend i'll get a chance to display them and really test their poseability. Assuming theres time -there are other things to get done 1st .

About the chest not locking; It's not that I have a problem with a non locking chest in Gerwalk or Battroid or whatever. I just find it irritating that during transformation, it'll keep falling apart because the chest doesn't click into place. I can't move on the next part of the transformation process, because I'm constantly trying to keep the chest from unfolding.

which is why it needs one. don't miss understand its a great figure but it would been even better with a lock.

What ever it is , it looks nice. hope its big.

and Oh my god . I just got a chance to open Fewture's Getter 1 and its freak'n cool.

I had no idea on what i was missing out on till just now. holy cow.

I do wish it was just a bit taller , but man its cool.

ok i take it back the figures look a lot better than i first thought . They actually resemble the cartoon images , which I thought they wouldn't .

I may like this.

The animation has that "Samurai Jack" feel to it ... and the required kiddie character mascots ... meh.

Some of the toys look decent, but I'll wait until I see more detailed & clear pics ....

I think it looks more like Teen Titans than Samurai Jack . i'll check it out but I'm not digging the toys. and I still can't past Optimus looking more like an ape than a robot.

i checked out the peacemaker online , i cant recall what store it was ....HLJ perhaps , theres preorder there and it says fixed posed model . was or is there another release of these that supposed to be fixed pose b/c that pic looks like plastic to me.

i'd go with the vf-1j b/c the gunbuster is bound to get re-issued. most SOC do.

ebay prices on the gunbuster are so high. unless you've got super deal on one go with the vf1j.

I just saw some of Revoltech's other toys in person and boy are they small! They're about as tall as your average female CMS figure. I must say that what Revoltech has done with toys this small is absolutely amazing, but it's still too small for my tastes.

if these guys were 6-8 or 8-10 inches they'd be more awesome none the less i couldnt help it and

ordered the ones i liked the most

maybe down the road they'll make them bigger like marvel legends did with their toy line.

those 12 inch figures are cool.
