There are loads of YouTube reviews. They are the coolest thing ever I'll post pics of my setup to the purchase thread this weekend.
Sweet, looking forward to seeing your setup!
I've actually got two of each sitting at home and 4 more A's and 2 B's in the Private Warehouse...I hope that's enough

hlj says it not out yet. also looks different. am i missing somehting here? haha
The one you linked can combine with this set:

I think the biggest think that swayed me away from it was the cardboard cutout as a background.

Nippon-Yassan detailed they've sent the missile effects set to me. A week later and seeing that the package had arrived in Brisbane, it sat in a location for 2 days. Nothing. No update. No delivery.
I called Australia Post and was told that it was missing vital addressing details and that the only way that it could arrive to me was if N-Y updated Japan Post so that JP could in turn amend the addressing details.
An organisation like JP, I would expect to turn this around very quickly... so a ticket was opened at N-Y and I get a response that the amendment request has been made with the post office. A week and 5 continuations on the ticket later with N-Y saying they've sent an update to JP there is still no movement. They claim that it was addressed correctly. All feeling I had was that the update request wasn't carried out.
Today I finally got to someone at Australia Post who was willing to do the change on my behalf to ensure that the return-to-sender process wasn't carried out and I'd be up for another postage cost to get it back to me. Hopefully I'll have them Tuesday...
Damn...hope it gets to you soon.

Looks great! Smooth paint application.

Trying to decide if i want A, B, or both heh
thanks in advance
Here you go, this one also doesn't show the accessories like the light posts, catapult, and crates. I like them both and planning on combining a few of them together. I say get both if you can . Hope that helps.

I found this:

I had no idea you could achieve those kind of results! Looks like another fun project to start on.

Now that's an army! That must make for some great battle setups.

I'm glad everyone's starting to get their orders!

Thanks! I haven't used either before but looks like none are available right now except one that is 25000 yen

Yea I like it! Got a few waiting in HLJ PW lol. I kinda wish that they come with the mechanical arms too.
Does anyone know of any vehicle/crew/weapon loading sets that would pair well with HMR? The only 1/100 crews that I've seen are the ones included with the Armored Factory kit but that is pretty pricey right now.

Post a pic of your HMR and your chain bases put together when you get a chance.
Sorry, it's kind of hastily put together, but here's the chain base A. It doesn't show the trusses or accessories. I've got the B also if you want to see it. Also, each panel is about 6" x 6" x 0.5".

It's a water based wash using clay pigment and not only flows super well, if you're an advanced user (not Duy) you can smear it for weathering as well. This literally took 5 minutes with just a brush and a moist papertowel
Looks great! Thanks for the recommendation, I'll have to grab some to try out.

6 hours ago, Big s said:It's a tough decision for me, but the brown is just a bit more eye catching.
2 hours ago, beatsing said:A red brown ink works good for my browns. The red brown is a little better than brown. Otherwise the lining ink from those gundam markers, there are also the weathering ones look cool.
Thanks everyone! I'll go with the brown and see if I can find a redder color at the local hobby shop.
