1/60 for me, the 1/48 VF-1's should only be a one off. Especially with the VF-0's and the Mac Plus line all in 1/60. A part of me wishes they did a special 1/60 remake of the VF-1's with today's tech, and wipe out the 1/60 originals all together. I got only '1' 1/60 but it was my first valk, and it was a two seater. (the VT). After i saw the quality i went bleh and upgraded to the 1/48. Ahh but the trainer is sweet as looking sighh. My fav valk in the movie!
Really do hope yamato developes two seaters in 1/48.

I want it full 1/1 scale though, or it would look just stupid.
In fact don't even bother with the paint job,
we'll get Devin to do up big ass decals so we can swap and change from Hik to Roy to Max etc etc.

is it wrong of me to be slightly sad its not a 1/72? id love for it to match the other macross plus versions. i suppose this means we'll see all three in 1/60 eventually...

By this time i'd imagine all the little stuff ups in the VF-0S release would
have been ironed out, and the wait would be worth it. (suffering without a VF-0!)
I own one 1/48 VF-1J Hikky TV FP an Valk combo pack, (lol i even pack the GBP with it inside
)and i way prefer having it in the one big box compared to buying the separate
Super FP's for my other 1/48's. I'm not a completist, but a pack similar to my TV
Hikky with FP would make me feel, more complete.
And not having to buy a Valk now, with the little money i got. lol

This is a sigh of relief for me, been overseas with no money to do internet
shopping! Guess i'll have to wait another half a year so they can work out all this
crap with the VF-0... this would have to hurt Yamato. Feel sorry for you guys.

I told you that. Any CF head can be opened up, unlike 1S heads. I'm not sure about 1J heads... never had the need to try.

Agree with Graham, deffinently want to see some new valks before this would ever hapen.
I voted yes, as i was lucky enough to be a late bloomer in collecting Yamato goodness, as i mentioned before today in another thread, i have only '1' 1/60 valk and that's the VT. I would only display it in fighter or gerwalk (with arms still locked, not retracted). Too floppy in Batt mode. Soon as i transformed it i started lookin online for my first 1/48.
I would only buy 1 or 2. One VF-1s, and possibly a 2 seater.
The 1/48's are awesome enough as it is, i want my YF-21 before anything else gets made.
