The Arcadia YF-19 any good? Kinda ignored it, especially after I got my 19S.

I'm hoping to get the VF-0D as well.. hopefully it won't cost an arm and a leg.. but with the prices arcadia has been setting all the recent releases at, I won't hold my breath. Guess I'll just be sure to set aside some money.

Finished it a week or so ago.

Just got a couple more unpainted VF-1A's, the arcadia 30th VF-1J, and should be getting a VF-0S pretty soon

any idea how much the shipping charges would be like? Also, where did you see the replacement shoulders on shapeways? I looked but couldn't find that.

any idea if the 11 hour one has broken shoulders?

Painting up a unbuilt/unpainted VF-1A. Having some trouble with the paints right now though

So I'm having a frustrating time with the paints. They rub off too easily, feels that way even after I've used clear coat. Maybe I'm getting too antsy with wanting to continue on the model?

Yeah, learning that lesson right now with my vf-25f kit that I'm painting right now. I'm a tad impatient, and I want to keep building, but can't since the paint has to dry. At least I'm practicing on that rather than the yamato, right?

This is my substitute for the Hot Toys Iron Man Mark IV... I wouldn't pay those prices that they are asking for it so I bought this instead.

Recently picked up a 1/60 VF-19S. Loving it so far

Here's what I got being built currently. The VF-1S unassembled with option parts. The pins... are such a pain...

Lots of runoff paint here but I'll clear that up with my next coat. The black is just a base to darken the overlying coat. Making a totally custom scheme for this one.

Hi, I'm looking into doing some customs of VF-1's and I was hoping to see if anyone happened to have any spare 1J heads.

Are the J heads 1/48th or 1/60th EXO?

Is there anything that I should do to the plastic to get it ready for painting,or just go ahead and paint?
