Great transaction with valiantknight. Good communication, shipped fast and honest. Thanks again.

I think the first season is 6 episodes, right?
There are only 6 episodes this first season. The show has been renewed for a second 13-episode season already though.

T-1000. I can't believe the amount of detail put into the accessories on this one, but i guess at this point i shouldn't be surprised.

EDIT: added more pics.

Interstingly, this must take place before Incredible Hulk, because something Tony says in this doesnt jIbe with the tony we see at the end of that movie. Not a negative, just somethign I noticed.
You'd be right.
"When asked via Twitter where (or rather, when) "Iron Man 2" falls in relation to 2008's "Incredible Hulk," Favreau said the upcoming sequel actually falls "before" Edward Norton's adventure as the green goliath."

You can put me down for one XL. Quick question any chance you might be releasing them in blue as well?

it's pathetic that South Park caved in to those religious nut jobs.
I'd say it was more Comedy Central caving in than Matt and Trey.

A Statement from Matt and Trey
In the 14 years we've been doing South Park we have never done a show that we couldn't stand behind. We delivered our version of the show to Comedy Central and they made a determination to alter the episode. It wasn't some meta-joke on our part. Comedy Central added the bleeps. In fact, Kyle's customary final speech was about intimidation and fear. It didn't mention Muhammad at all but it got bleeped too. We'll be back next week with a whole new show about something completely different and we'll see what happens to it.

Despite all of the overwhelmingly positive reviews i was not 100% sold on this movie until i saw it myself on Sunday. Really excellent, deserves it's #1 position in the current box office standings. Easily the best movie i've seen all year, possibly last year as well. None of the previews/trailers do the film any justice or elude to how much depth the story actually has, not to the mention the visuals were just outstanding, especially all the little details like the individual hairs on the Vikings' beards (which are not easy to animate last i read).
Like David pointed out, probably Dreamworks Animation's best. Even better than some Pixar movies, looking at you Cars. Go and see this movie before the Summer rush starts and pushes all of the older movies out of the theaters, it's one recent movie that's actually worth the inflated price of theater admission.

Damn, depending on the price point i might have to pick this one up. The detailing is just top notch, even down to the arm cannons. In fact these pics. just gave me a reason to change up my avatar.
War Machine looks amazing! I wonder if Hot Toys will be doing Mk.4, 5 and 6 figures... Not like I could afford to have all of them anywayI'm going to assume they'll be doing a MK. 6 for sure and maybe
the briefcase armor
as for the Mk. 4 and 5, not sure, it probably wouldn't be that hard to make them all based on one mold with a few minor tweaks here and there, but whether or not it would sell is another question.

Damn, it probably sucks now to own a Harley. I was skimming through YouTube, and Harley videos are littered with "fag" comments. I'd like to see someone have the balls to approach a group of Hell's Angels and call them fags.
Outlaw Motorcycle Gang wars have been started over less.
That was one another great episode though. I still think the Whale Wars episode was the best so far this season, but i probably feel that way because i'm accosted by Green Peace members on an almost weekly basis asking me to become a paying member.
-
Saw the new trailer... and it looks interesting... although i thought they revealed way too much of the plot. Can't be sure whether i'll see it in theaters, have to wait for the reviews to come back.

Super easy transaction with Al Bundy! Thanks again.

"I don't like you, because you're dangerous."
"That's right! Ice... man. I am dangerous."

Looks like you need to be a member to see it too.
Interestingly enough Don Murphy deleted the thread because of the spoilers. TFW still has a discussion about it if you were interested in seeing some of the spoilers though.
-
The movie had its premier in Tokyo.
There's a thread over at the Don Murphy boards detailing some of the plot points if anyone's interested. A word of warning though, there's a good number of spoilers in the thread as well:

Not surprised. Square/Enix has been trying to break into the American market for some-time with the Front Mission series and have largely failed to do so with FM3 and 4, leading to the cancellation of FM5’s localization for the US. I’m guessing they figure that by changing the game into a third-person shooter they’ll stand a better chance of appealing to "American gamers".
I’m not happy about it, I'm still pissed off that they canceled FM5’s release in fact… but I’m not surprised.

It's a very good movie but incredibly sad, almost depressing in parts, for a kid's feature. My wife was balling through half of it, especially the first part. My little girl did not seem as affected by the sad parts so maybe it will go over most kids' heads.
Hmm... a bit spoilerish.

Wow... that review was terrible. Did he even watch the other movies or did he just read a quick synopsis of each before writing up that dribble.
-
Early reviews are really, really split.
I was really hoping the reviews would be more positive. Granted its still early, but we all saw how strong Star Trek came out of the gate with the critics. Bad reviews won't stop me from seeing it, but it leaves me wondering if they missed an opportunity here.

Today's Episode Decepticon Air had some nice homages
Especially liked the Die Hard homages.
The scene where Optimus uses the elevator full of unstable Energon cubes as a bomb and the scene where he's exclaiming how great of time he's having trying to save Sentinel's bacon while crawling through the ship's duct-work.

Damn, it looks like the rumors were true, TF: Animated Season 3 will be the end of the series. I was really hoping the show would survive for at least four seasons, there had to be at least 52 episodes worth of material they could wrap a story around. There's a thread up on TFW2005 about the show's end.
A word of warning there's also confirmation as to one of the characters being killed in season 3 and who it is.

That actually comes together quite nicely, at least it looks better than that recent Botcon exclusive.
I might have to try and find a way to pick this up.

Valkyrie-Exchange came through again without a hitch. Easy to deal with, good communication and quick shipping.

Funny thing is that Blades is a repaint of Hasbro's own Universe Blades redeco of Evac.
Yeah I actually have that figure at home. The paint app. on this one though (as well as the addition of the Cybertron Defense Scattershot head?) just takes the cake.
I'm actually in the middle of replacing Blades' head with an extra Alternator Optimus head i had and I'm having trouble finding any easy way to 1) remove his original head and 2) attach Prime's head, so more credit to FrenzyRumble on his customs.
The Nerf N-Strike Arsenal Thread

If anyone's interested the Gear-up series of N-strike guns seem to be on clearance at Walmart. The Gear Up Maverick for example which usually goes for $11.47 (everything's more expensive here) rang up at only $7.00, the Barricades which are $19.41 are going for $13.00. Didn't have time to check out the other Gear Up guns but i'm sure the trend is the same. The White-Out guns are still going for full price.
