i actually pre-ordered the kits but once it arrived it only took 5 days for me to get the kits...they still have yf-19 sd...

I had a wicked tough time with the canopy. Also,if I may, drill and pin the antena behind the cockpit. I snapped that more that a few times. I can't wait to see it finished.

hey that great work there, before I stop working on mine I ran into trouble with the canopy too how did you manage to fit it in? I was thinking on dipping it into some warm water to reshape it

I havent finshed it yet Bought a new home again and have to pack all kits up again wont be able to touch it till another month or so. One thing about these kits are the decals are so poorly made. you also mention about hobbyfan how long did it take to recieve your kits from them?

Question. I think this might have been anwsered before, but I could not find it. What colors did you use for the tan, and the orange? I want to build one soon, but don't know what colors to use. Any help is appriciated. Thanks.

Before I had a airbrush I used model master's Light Ivory for the tan, and I think it was called mango for the orange

-Kam The trick to make the stand work is pinning. I drilled and pinned the 'arm' to the base using a small metal rod and 5 min. epoxy glue. the aircraft is pinned but free standing .

OMG!!!! you did one hell of a good job on that kit

I have the SD-19 and I couldnt get the stand to stay the plane how did you glue yours to on. I was thinking on using a lil JD weld on it. also did you have trouble with the canopy mine dont fit on the yf-19 conopy frame was thinking of dipping it in some boiling water to reshape it.
