Paint color match for Shadow Alpha Fighter

Good afternoon, everyone!

 

I’m trying to find any advice on the best paint to color match the paint scheme on Toynami’s Shadow Alpha Fighter.  I’d like to paint a Beta/TREAD to match it.  
 

Also, has anyone disassembled a Beta/TREAD?  I’m curious about the procedure/ease of disassembly.

I think your best bet would be to get a few paints that are all close to the color you want, and then mix until you get the best match you can. Since you are going to be painting the whole thing, You'll want to mix up a large amount of the color you decide on so that you make sure you have enough to paint everything. You don't want to run out and have to try to mix more because it will be almost impossible to exactly match your previous mixed colors.
