The Rover is an Australian Dystopian film directed by David Michôd (Animal Kingdom), who co-wrote the story with Joel Edgerton (Owen Lars in Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones, Gawain in King Arthur). The film stars Guy Pearce (Adam/Felicia in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, Leonard in Memento) and Robert Pattinson (that sparking vampire-wannabe in Twilight). It made its premiere at the Cannes Film Festival last May and will be available on Blu-ray and DVD through Lionsgate Entertainment on September 23.
