From the Apollo 8 Mission:

The idea of Astronauts reading from the book of Genesis and wishing

us all "On the Good Earth" a Merry Christmas. Is sort of the perfect

blend of intellectual extremes. These "Paladins of Science" blessing

us on this "little blue planet" always gets to me. It gives me hope,

hope that we can and will do the right and wonderous things that should

and must be done.

From us here in Corn Country+ we wish a Merry Christmas to all of you

on "The Good Earth"...
