Does anyone know if there is a kit available for any of the HWT's (Humanoid Walking Tank) from Gunparade March?

I remember seeing a very small article in one of the japanese hobby mags but was unsure if it was talking about a kit or a one off custom and I can't find the article again.

Any leads would be appreciated, thanks.
