  1. Hi Mike,

Yes, I know the feeling well: life gets in the way of modelling . . .BIG TIME!!! :( I'm out of touch with the forums I subscribe to as my computer has had two, yes TWO nervous breakdowns since Easter and I didn't want to miss the boat again (don't ask)! <_<

I really don't mind waiting: I've had an order with Captain Cardboard for eight (thats EIGHT!) years and still haven't lost faith. There's enough stress without priority-challenged idiots like me pushing: home and family first, always.

    Best wishes,

    Graham, Liverpool.

  2. Hi Mike,

Sorry to be late, but I've only got intermittant use of my computer due to family circumstances.

Hey Guys, this is still on, my wife just had our 2nd baby over the holidays, we are back home and after a week break i will be back at work on this for a very early spring release, likely mid march. Once the molds are done i will take orders until those molds are toast, which will likely be a pretty short run since this is pretty big...

    thanks

    mike

    Awesome! B))

Congrats to dad, on his second time (dad squared?!!?!?!), and lets not forget Mom who did, after all, have a fairly major part to play.

Like the man said, "there is nothing more important than family".

    Graham.

  3. Hi,

Nice looking job so far. :D

Was looking forward to building my own monster, but with the closure of thread "1/72 Resin Monster Model!, better and cheaper than the existing kit" it looks like the boat has sailed! Sterling has dropped so much in value even Mike's reasonable price may have broken the bank!! :(

I'm really dissappointed, but this thread will go some way towards restoring the balance.

To all you folks out there, have a great Holiday and all best wishes for 2009.

    Graham, Liverpool.

  4. Hi Mark. :D

Thanks; glad to be here. ^_^

Thank you, I saw jorawar_b's post, but HWR Mk II seemed to be interested. That's OK.

Besides, I'm in no rush B)) : this puppy probably won't be started until the back end of the year, or possibly into next due to many pots stewing away merrily on back burners! ;)

Only thing is  . . .how do I know if I got my name down for the final production run and if I did, whereabouts am I on the list, how many need to be on the list and how many more are needed??? Phew!

    Graham.

  5. Hi all . . .sounds like a Japanese car!!! :D

Mr Newby here: middle-aged Brit (sad old git! ;) ) with too much month left over at the end of his money! :(

Just ploughed through this whole topic . . .all 50 pages of it!! "My eyes, my eyes!"!

The 72nd Monster is AWESOME and if it's not too late, I'd like in.

Already sent mslz22 (I'm not worthy!) a pm. Read a few pages back that he doesn't get back here as often as he'd like, so can some kind person give him a dig in the ribs (not too hard; he has had pneumonia back in '06) and tell him he's got mail? Ta very much. :)

    Graham.
