    Hi Nerd-Linger,

    I was actually looking for pics of the custom Toynami Morphers I made with custom packes I made for a Macross Con many years ago. Kidkorrupt remembers them but it looks like has not been on the boards for some time now.

    Well today is my fist time back in almost 10 years!!

    I know this is asking for a time machine but does anyone have any pictures of it laying around? I remember making 3 of them and I think I gave one to Shawn. I'm not sure if it was at the con at Jerry's house. The guy that owned VF1X.com

    Thanks for the info guys! The SV51 and YF are amazing! I plan on posting some pics as soon as I get some more progress. I plan on going with the Roy/Jolly rogers paint scheme. B))

    Hi,

    Sorry if I am in the wrong spot for this but I was just wondering if anyone had painted an R/C Jet ala Macross? I have yet to see one done. We have some great custom model paint jobs and I was hoping to see some R/C jets in this fashion.

    I am currently working on a twin engine F22 Raptor and looking to fashion it in a Macross paint scheme. The raptor is 4 feet in length and roughly 3.5 feet wide. I have laid out the electronics and tested the engines. The servos still need some tweaking but before I fully assemble it, I plan on painting it. I have been lagging with this project due to work, school and family. Next week I am taking some time off and plan on laying out some paint. If anyone has some examples of some R/C jets, I would really appreciate you sharing them.

    Wow, brings back memories. 80's anime is still the best for me too as well as 80's music.

    I mean sure the animation is better overall nowadays but as far as storytelling and originality of the genre, the 80's can't be beat. I remember watching Daimos, Mazinger Z, Voltes V, and Grendizer in the 70's but Macross, Bubblegum Crisis, Gall Force, Megazone and MetalSkin Panic were more of what I enjoyed.

    I still remember getting out of High School,taking the RTD home, and running to the new black and white TV invention to catch the new cartoon named ASTROBOY. :lol:

    I have a few of theese videos from limewire back in the days.The one I really is the Blink 182 Damnit video with M+ fottage.The footage has been edited to play along with the song.

    What is this?  Some "Bandai Prototype" for a CF 1/55?!?

    Looks more like a custom to me.  The description is a bit hard to understand.  Looks fishy.  But cool as long as you're willing to pay for a custom and not be (possibly) suckered by the claims of being a "prototype".

    What's "GBS Armour"? If you meant GBP armor, then that's what I want on my Hikaru 1J. Just how many times have we all stated our desire for this bad-ass armor? It's Yamato's job now to shut us up. :)
