Hm... seems to be a matter of perspective and because of the FPs.

This pic doesn't seem so different in size

It does look smaller in person. Just look at the chest plate. BTW, why do people dislikes the Zero in B mode? IMO I think it looks very balanced, and very aggressive.

Just read my user's name :p I really prefer the VF-0S to all the variants of the VF-1 in Battroid mode, but in fighter mode, I still prefer the VF-1 style ( more like a F-14 )

  3. I'm really lucky cause 1 of my friend is salesman for Bandai France so I can get the Myth Cloth at about a 20 % discount price ( no tax ) for my best friend. I like Saint Seiya the anime but I'm only stick with robots so even if the Myth Cloth line is fantastic, I prefer save money for Macross Yamato toys, Transformers and Soul of Chogokin ( unfortunately this Bandai line is a Japan exclusive : the socs are too expensive for the European and certainly American market... ) :-(

  4. I can't wait till the masterpiece starscream comes out... In the meantime I'm going to make a paper model, it's quite easy to do and transform.

    HELL YESS!!!!

YESSS !!! One of my friend will go to Tokyo and he's a transfan too ( much more than I am ). He will pick one up for me

  5. In fighter mode the 1/60 VF-0S is slightly larger than the 1/48 VF-1. For those who still can't wrap the brains around this, it is simply beacuse the VF-0 is a big plane, where as the VF-1 is a much smaller plane.

Also, the 1/60 VF-0S is more complex than the either the 1/60 or 1/48 VF-1, having more parts, more features and better articulation, thus tooling and development costs were much higher.

Don't worry, you guys won't be disappointed with the VF-0S

Hi G :) Are you lucky enough to already have your VF-0S ? Just kidding :p Thanks for the pics. It's harder and harder for me to wait.

  6. man, I need to do that, for pandora...at first I was thinking I'm not giong to get it, but these mail-aways are not going to be avail elsewhere.

a board member in HK said the first batch of aphrodite is sold out! but expects some more soon.

about the gold paint, instead of using gold paint, get a chrome paint, and clear yellow/orange.  i think the gold saints have more that look than just gold paint.  so to get the right look, first paint on the chrome, let dry, then paint on the clear and let dry.

most hobby stores will carry these paints...and use water based acrylics for easy clean up with brushes.

Toy-wave still has some Picses Aphrodite Myth Cloth...
