Are the voices dubbed in English, and if so, did they use the same VA's?
Thanks

Not to nitpick (but thats what we're here for, right), but that last picture is the Lockheed X-35 (F-35), the winner of the JSF competition.

One word: hatred. There exists fanboyish prejudices and gripes on every anime related board; however, this board has seen some of the most intense bouts of pure, unadulterated hatred seen to my untrained eye. And to that (most of you said members of hatred have either long since been booted, or have departed on your own), I salute you!

From Dusk til Dawn
kind of sci-fi, since it did have vampire strippers

Has anyone ever played Mechwarrior 2 Mercenaries? That is hands-down the best Mechwarrior game ever. If you've played it, do you remember the ending cutscene? Quite possibly the greatest ending cutscene of any game ever, does anyone maybe know where I can download it?
Also, can we add questions of our own?

Final Fantasy VII ... the one CD where it has the best tracks is great.
Actraiser Symphonic Suite is another good one.
Metal Gear Solid
Final Fantasy VIII
Chrono Cross
Final Fantasy Tactics
I think thats my list of game music.

Oh yeah, and my little brother got the One Ring... you know how that goes.

I got a truck! And Anime/Sci-Fi... umm... Castlevania: Lament of Innocence and Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup will work, eh?
Also got the "Classic Battletech: Legend of the Jade Pheonix" Trilogy... its pretty cool, since I never got the original.

Is the Scourging of the Shire going to be in the Extended Edition?
As for me... I can't wait to see the Mouth of Sauron.
Loved the movie, thought it was nothing short of divine

Nope, not married... I'm only 16 years old!

Only have time for my favorite game of all time:
MECHWARRIOR 2: MERCENARIES
Cannot compare... from the House wars to the Clan invasion, turning on your allies for the money... ah its heaven.

Yeah, I watched a bunch of those back in the day. There was one pretty cool one set to Info High. But, yes, please I haven't seen a good music video in forever, so post them!

THE PRINCE OF OUTER SPACE!!!!
some of y'all might remember that from MST3K

haha everyone has to throw in their own feelings about eva. I think Eva is awesome, both movies and series, as it is probably my 2nd most favorite anime ever. Cowboy BeBop in first of course...

I've heard about this game, read some reviews, and wanna check it out. However, our Blockbuster sucks and does not carry it, so I would only be able to buy it. Does anyone know anything or have played it?

Had many a plan, all involving large amounts of booty (j/k)
But... didn't do anything, I've been home sick all day and night with flu-like stuff.

lesson learned: don't buy your kids nice cars!
Hey man! I'm not driving yet, and a nice car would be nice. Yeah, I'll remember all these stories when I'm on the roads in just 2 short months...

A-10, man, all the way... we used to be home to a squadron here at England Air Force Base in Louisiana, but that ended a few years ago. But it is still the coolest ever.
F-16 is a close second

as quoted by Super Troopers ... mother of god...
imagine if it fell... you think they glue em together or somethin?

X7 does look different. Thanks for the heads up though, I'll definitely rent this one first now. Few questions though. How does the game flow? Is it traditional 8 boss style? Or have they tried something new? And one more... in the past few X's you get items and can equip them and stuff... is that on this? Is there any equpping being done? And, please tell me that X doesnt have his girly X4 voice (which IMO is the BEST one of the whole series... except for X's gaiety it owned). Thanks.

I listen to pretty much anything... depends on my mood or the situation. Just NEVER country.

Ah... FF8 or Tactics. I couldn't really decide, they're both so different, ya know. And I agree with Duke, FF1, 2, and 3 should definitely have been made separate... completely different games.
But I ended up voting for FFVIII. Gotta love the story, the characters (one of the best set of characters in any RPG i've played), and although the junction system wasnt the best (so annoying stacking up the magic... makes battles longer than necessary) it wasn't so bad, definitely creative.
Still has the coolest intro cutscene ever...

give me TEN solid testimonies of people on this board who bought it THEN had their video-gaming lives changed by FFVII (as in, they never looked at RPGs the same way again, such as we're debating here) and I'll admit that perhaps I was wrong and that maybe I should give the game a second chance. I'll admit you're right and swallow my pride... IF this can be done... otherwise how would you prove it to me?
And I'm sorry, why do you have this need to call me the color "maroon"?
I'll testify to that for you, even though this is kind of a meaningless debate (Duke is owning...). After playing FF7, it changed my outlook on RPGs forever, basically the precedent for all other RPGs, carving the way and showing me what a true RPG is like, since I consider FF7 to be the best RPG I had played at that point in my life. Is that a good enough "testimony" for you?
By the way, a maroon isn't only a color. Ever seen Bugs Bunny, dude? He uses the phrase quite often...

To address the question asked by others before: yes, there was a sequel to Mario RPG. It was called Paper Mario for N64 I believe. IMO it sucked the big one. I rented it and played it for about an hour before I got bored to tears.
And I played RPGs for years before FFVII, but IMO, it (and Chrono Trigger) are still the most fondly remembered. I agree in saying that FF7, for better or worse whatever your opinion is, was the door opener here to RPGs.
Call of Duty
in Anime or Science Fiction

Sorry, I know I'm resurrecting this thread, but I have to say Call of Duty is the best World War II game I've ever played. And I was wondering if anyone out there played multi-player. If you ever see me, I'm Sgt. Warshaw. Be afraid.
