I've asked Yamato on several occasions if Japanese customers were complaining about arm breakages on the VF-0. They told me no.

Forgive me if this question sounds silly guys, but is there a difference in the make of the toys (in terms of materials used and what not) for the Japanese consumers as opposed to the ones that they send out to other consumers world wide?

Still, I cannot help but admire the SV-51. It seriously looks good. It would be such a shame that a great looking toy like this would have problems galore once out in the market. I am hoping that this one turns out great or at least with issues resolved (if any) before the Nora version comes out.

I have the blackout figure, about the only one I am got from the movie line since the rest did not interest me - even OP (my friends know me as a prime whore since I love OP, even Fatimus from Energon). But the novelty of it runs out quite fast.

I am not that new here but have been lurking for some time now and reading all the posts. I went to my local toy store to pick up my VF-0A Shin but somehow the guy at the store sold off my order. I was pissed for not being able to pick one up but after reading all the posts here and hearing all sorts of horror stories, I have a good mind to cancel my order.

This was supposed to be my first Macross/Robotech purchase. Been more of a Transformers fan but thought - what the hey, let's buy a Valkyrie since I have always wanted one.
