Whatever dude. It's a toy. I couldn't care less. You didn't ask me for a refund. You told me you were getting a refund after i agreed with your ridiculous $80 demands. This isn't a store. There is no refund policy. You have no right to demand anything. If you would have been reasonable about it you would have had the money back that day instead of this credit card company crap. I suggest instead of assuming everyone is as anal retentive as you are, you warn them ahead of time of your high expectations. As for the pictures, it looks just like any other new plastic toy. Those look like typical marks on anything plastic I have ever seen. You are seriously worried about that? really? Get a life. My advice to everyone is to not sell to LOOP.

I'm sorry but maybe you can clarify how refusing to accept the $80 you requested constitutes "trying to work it out with the seller?" If i was trying to rip you off why would I offer you money back three times. I originally offered you $25, then $40, and eventually accepted your offer for an $80 refund. You then sent it back without finalizing any sort of deal. And I like how you left out all the polite emails i wrote you before. I even sent you a picture of the toy before I sent it as per your request. If you wanted to see the tabs or whatever you should have asked and I would have shown you. Believe me I would rather have not gotten involved in this whole ordeal with you in the first place. If you notice, I stopped being cordial when you sent the email starting out "Look...." and accused me of being a liar. You can try to make me out to be a bad guy all you want. You can call me unprofessional. That's fine. I'm not a professional. I'm not even a collector. I was just trying to sell some stuff for what I thought was a good price. Like I told you, as far as I knew it had never been opened. And I tried to work out a deal with you after you were unsatisfied. And by refusing your own offer because you threw a temper tantrum, you became unreasonable.

I dont know if anyone has already mentioned this but i just found it. It is called Another Century's Episode 3. You get to play as the yf-19 and the 21. Also you can play as a vf-1 and Queadluun-Rau. It came out a few months ago for japanese ps2.

To those of you who thought you didn't get one from HLJ, I just now got my shipping confirmation today( the 11th) I guess they updated the website before filling the orders.

So did I. Pretty damn sure(75%) I ordered it the day the preorder went up, definitely within the first business week. (complete speculation here) I think HLJ didn't get any stock for the YF-19 yet(distributor problem or something) but since they know we know it was supposed to be out on the 7th they slapped on the re-stock december notice on their website....or they got so little stock that after the employees got their cut there wasn't any left.

I also ordered on the first day and did not get one.

I originally preordered 3, but as time goes on and common sense has time to ponder the purchase, I have gradually went down to one. If only they didn't announce them so early.
